The shared toilets and showers can get busy in the mornings, but they were kept clean. There's also a user-friendly kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. The property features a small pool and is located in a very quiet residential area. Being able to relax at the garden table made for a pleasant stay."

How can you take a picture of the rat and provide proof in such a short time? I don't want to use this place again. Please take note if you are planning to use this place."

"I've been coming to Chiang Mai for eight years now. I also enjoy small towns like Chiang Dao and Nan. You don't need to go far. Just come to Hoshihana Resort and relax. The friendly staff, cute cats, and the charming accommodations are perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is perfect, and the air conditioning is fantastic. I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and was so satisfied. I took a songthaew to Hang Dong Market and got a massage, and I lost track of time. I stayed for two nights, but I recommend staying for three or more. Come here to relieve the stress of Korea. I highly recommend it."

The hotel owner's son is very polite and talkative; despite not being old enough to drink, his manners are quite impressive. The hotel owner himself has an architectural background, and the design leans towards Thai style combined with a touch of European (Italian) simplicity, creating a very tranquil atmosphere. In short, my recommendation is spot on, but you'll need to drive there yourself."

"A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop. The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants. We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered. The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels. The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool."
