"I realized my mistake right after booking and called immediately, honestly explaining the situation and asking to cancel. However, they stuck to their cancellation policy. I can understand a full charge if it's the day before, but I don't understand why I had to pay the full amount when I booked two days prior in the evening and canceled right away."

"I was assigned a room with an issue and went to report it, but it was difficult to communicate in Japanese. The front desk and other staff were all Chinese. It was hard to get my message across in Japanese, which was frustrating. I assume they are used to dealing with tourists from China on a daily basis. If you're looking for Japanese quality, I wouldn't recommend this place."

"We rented a 20 square meter room. The room was not big but very comfortable. The hotel should only be able to check-in at a certain time in the evening. There is no free parking lot at the hotel, but there is a paid parking lot next to it, which costs 300-400 yen per night. There are many restaurants around the hotel, which is of course more suitable for self-driving travel."

"This was my first time staying at a guesthouse, but it was very clean and nice, and the parking lot was close by, which was nice. There was a kitchen, free coffee, and the service was good. I think it was a little difficult to find the way into the guesthouse, and the shower room was a little cramped for an adult man, which was a negative. But it was very reasonably priced, so I'd like to stay here again if I'm in the area!"

"The exterior is luxurious and very beautiful, but I felt the content didn't live up to expectations. The room itself was disjointed; the central light switch, which should have been by the bed, was at the foot of the bed due to space constraints, and in the twin room, the heads of the beds were misaligned. I wondered what kind of design they were going for. Well, it's cheap and looks luxurious, so I guess it's okay. Be aware that there's nothing around!"
