Tre View is a bright and modern one bedroomed, self contained flat attached to the family home (sleeps 2) in the quiet village of Connor Downs. We are close to the picturesque harbour town of St Ives and only a 5 minute drive from the beach, perfect for surfing, soaking up the sunshine or taking a walk along the coastal paths enjoying the amazing views over St Ives Bay. There is ample parking at Tre View. Bedrooms:The double bedroom is positioned on the first floor at the front of the house. It contains a oak wardrobe and chest of drawers. Adjacent to the bedroom is a wc and washbasin.Bathrooms:The spacious brand new bathroom is situated on the ground floor, it is fully equipped with wc, electric shower and washbasin. Kitchen:The galley style kitchen is situated on the first floor with views to St Ives.
