"This hotel has the best service ever. The staffs are so alert with the complaint and quickly did the best to solve it. The heater in my room was not functioning then they gave us free room upgrade as soon as possible. They were so nice and friendly to my whole family. They even asked us to try Hanfu for free and dressed my kids up. Overall they are the best! Disclaimer: you should request moslim/vegetarian breakfast earlier"

Yuexiang·Shibo Mountain View Select Hotel (Heishui County Branch) ★★
"The hotel room was quite comfortable and suitable for the cold weather, as both the room and the bed had heaters which made our stay much better during the mountain trip. However, the hotel did not have an elevator, so we had to carry our big luggage up the stairs which was quite tiring. The most unpleasant part was when the toilet bowl got clogged in the morning. We could not flush or use the toilet at all, and eventually had to go somewhere else just to use the toilet because the one in our room became unusable."
