"I usually give all my accommodations positive reviews, but this experience was truly terrible. There were three main problems, all related to the facilities: 1. No soap or hand sanitizer; I had to use shower gel instead. 2. No toilet paper; there was none in the toilet or room. I searched the entire room but couldn't find any. I finally had to go into the hallway and search through a cabinet to get one, which was impolite, but I couldn't care less. 3. The power strip was too small, with only two outlets. Most phone chargers can only be plugged in one at a time, so my friend and I, staying in a twin room, had to take turns charging our devices. I understand that the owner is often not at the guesthouse, but it's possible that carelessness in not changing disposable items caused problems 1 and 2, leading to a very bad experience. The owner, whom I contacted via WeChat, seemed to be a young woman. On the day of the visit, there were two elderly people at the guesthouse, and they were often not there either. This made it difficult to find anyone when problems arose. We were tired from our road trip, and it was late at night, so we didn't bother to communicate and had to find our own solutions. Regarding problem 3, I suggest the owner replace the power strip."
