"The hotel room was quite comfortable and suitable for the cold weather, as both the room and the bed had heaters which made our stay much better during the mountain trip. However, the hotel did not have an elevator, so we had to carry our big luggage up the stairs which was quite tiring. The most unpleasant part was when the toilet bowl got clogged in the morning. We could not flush or use the toilet at all, and eventually had to go somewhere else just to use the toilet because the one in our room became unusable."

"I arrived in Heishui County late at night and booked two rooms. This guesthouse had just opened, so there weren't many guests, making the environment quiet and peaceful. Parking was very convenient, the rooms were spacious, and the smart home systems were very user-friendly. Heishui County has a cool climate, and the rooms didn't have air conditioning. Being on the thin side and prone to feeling cold, the host was incredibly thoughtful, providing me with heating equipment – ​​a thoughtful touch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All toiletries were disposable, clean and hygienic, and there was even a smart toilet. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. I stayed on the first floor, which had its own small courtyard. "This place is incredibly old, like it hasn't been maintained in ages. When we went upstairs, the entire floor had no electricity, which made it feel very desolate. Most of the room facilities are severely outdated and poorly maintained. In one of our rooms, the light couldn't even be turned off. While the staff were all very polite, they were also very rigid. They only allowed two bottles of water per room, which is a far cry from most hotels nowadays that offer unlimited supplies. The only good thing I found was that the bathroom had strong, hot water, so showering was quite nice!"

Very helpful and kind. I would rate their hospitality 10/10. The grandpa there also kind enough to invite us for a drink at night. Breakfast is available with only 10 yuan. Really recommended this homestay for anyone who seek new experiences. Interior is very beautiful and unique, our bed is also heated. Overall it’s a very nice stay and clean."
