The breakfast was affordable and filling, with a good variety of options, and the decor was modern, fresh, and clean."

After going out in the evening, I returned to the hotel, showered, and then found small, crawling insects all over the bed under the pillows. The WeChat concierge didn't reply, so I had to call the hotel through Ctrip. They gave me two options: either change the bed linens myself because the staff had gone home, or move to another room, but without a key card, and I'd have to check out very early the next day. Even after the May Day holiday and a working day passed, the hotel hasn't addressed this issue. For a room costing 800-900 yuan a night, putting aside everything else, finding insects under your pillow and being told to change the sheets yourself is absolutely ridiculous."
