"The room was very clean. The towels were the kind you'd expect from a hotel. Yukata robes were also provided. Toothbrushes, cotton swabs, a hair dryer, and even a clothes hanger were provided. There was water in the fridge. Breakfast was served on the terrace in the morning. They treated us well and we had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding forest and the nearby villas and galleries are also stylish and highly recommended! However, the navigation system does not show the address, so it would be nice if there was a little more information explaining the location. It is located further down the road by the real estate agency "Fukasawa Land" and the Japanese restaurant "Hideyoshi"."

"I stayed there without meals included. I arrived at night. The surrounding area is a villa area with no streetlights and it was pitch black. There were no signs or directions, so I relied on my car's navigation system to finally get there. The building was spacious and clean, and the room was also spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The large public bath was also spacious and clean. The staff were foreigners, but they guided me politely. The only downside was that, although it was fine in my room, there was a sweet perfume or aromatherapy scent throughout the entire building, which I found unpleasant. It might be acceptable in a massage room, but I think it's better for accommodation to be odorless."

"This is a facility issue and there is nothing we can do about it, but there is a lot of noise from the floors below and in the hallways, which can be a bit annoying when trying to get a good night's rest. There are no desk lamps or bed lights, so it's inconvenient to have to turn off the lights in your room with a wall switch. If you use a bed in a twin room that is not on the wall with a switch (we have been asked to only have one for eco-friendly reasons), you will have to rely on the light from your cell phone."

"This was my second stay at SANU, following the one in Kawaguchiko, but the location here was much quieter and better. The room size and amenities were all excellent. My dog was able to relax as if he were at home, and we were very happy. I would like to stay here again."

Who would have thought that a place like this could be found along a national highway? Be sure to check it out. However, it's far from "clean," so be prepared (lol). Anyone who wants to discover the unknown world will be thrilled."

"This was a truly wonderful facility. After making a reservation and becoming a member, I received a travel itinerary that was full of exciting details. The room itself smelled of wood, and the interior had a texture I don't usually encounter. The bathroom facilities were also very clean. You can really have a special time here. I'd love to visit other locations as well!"

"The room is average, simple like a business hotel. I was disappointed with the Hoshino. There was no one in the lobby, few waiters, and a long queue for breakfast. The so-called commercial street has few businesses. The hot spring is outdoors, which is terrible when it rains. You have to wear clothes to soak in the hot spring. It may be more suitable for Japanese families. It is very noisy, there are many children, and the sofas in the lobby are shabby."
