"We were given the key to a room set up for just 2 guests rather than the 3 guests we booked for. 3rd bed not made up or towels provided and then told it was our fault for not adding child to the room. No apology given even though our booking confirmation clearly showed a booking for 3. Receptionist then tried to blame it on Trip! Them allocated a noisy room in the basement next to the car part and entrance to arrivals pick up."

"A second comfortable one-night stay before a flight from Gatwick. My single room was nicely refurbished but retaining original character - the Turret is a beautiful period house. The en-suite was quite compact. Although located on a fairly busy road, the Turret is set well back from it and I noticed no noise at night. I never noticed any noise from air traffic, despite the airport being less than 10mins bus ride away, with the bus stop conveniently right opposite. The holiday car parking offer is very good value, especially if you travel light enough to use the public bus to the terminals. Owner/manager Rai and his family are delightful hosts. I look forward to staying again."

Odanın kendisi oldukça geniş olup TV, su ısıtıcısı, çay ve ısıtıcı ile donatılmıştır. Duş için 3'ü 1 arada şampuan vücut yıkama ve el yıkama mevcuttur. Havlu iyiydi ama lekeliydi. Kahvaltı, ekmek ve mısır gevreği seçeneklerinden oluşan tipik tam İngiliz kahvaltı büfesi tarzındadır. Kafe bar rahattır ve çok sayıda koltuk vardır. Yiyecekler standarttır ancak tabakların birçoğu düzgün şekilde temizlenmemiştir. Genel olarak kalmanın sorun olmadığını söyleyebilirim."

It's a shame that, whilst the room was advertised as having a double-bed, it was in fact a double mattress on top of two singles!
