Kahvaltı, ekmek ve mısır gevreği seçeneklerinden oluşan tipik tam İngiliz kahvaltı büfesi tarzındadır. Kafe bar rahattır ve çok sayıda koltuk vardır. Yiyecekler standarttır ancak tabakların birçoğu düzgün şekilde temizlenmemiştir. Genel olarak kalmanın sorun olmadığını söyleyebilirim."

"A must-stay for anyone flying from Gatwick!!! It's right inside the North Terminal, and the hotel exit leads directly to the domestic flight check-in and bag drop – super convenient! Breakfast starts at 4 AM, and although it's simple (croissants, muffins, etc.), it's incredibly thoughtful for those with early flights! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Hotel was nice and clean staff were pleasant. My only issue is when I booked online i asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues I didn’t get a reply to that request . On the day of my stay I was given a room on the top floor of the house so I had to navigate multiple flights of stairs which was difficult enough but was made worse by only having handrail on one side of the stairs so with my disability both leg and arm I found this difficult, Had I known there wasn’t a room on ground floor prior to my visit I would of stayed elsewhere."

"We were picking our daughter up at Gatwick, so we looked for convenience and parking close to Gatwick North Terminal. Reception Team - Arif and his Colleague were very kind, as we had no idea where to get a meal or how to get to the North Terminal. First, Arif walked me to the bus stop and showed me the timetable and which way into Horley (5minutes) and where to get off the bus coming back. We then asked where to eat, and out came the mobile phones to show us some very nice pubs for our dinner! Parking free, even though we stayed a few hours over our one-day booking due to the plane's late arrival. The best of it was he told us we could get the bus ( 5 minutes) to Arrivals at North Terminal and avoid getting screwed for parking at the airport!!! Room clean and tidy, so we felt we were treated very kindly!"

"We stumbled to the ancient hotel in the heavy rain. We were almost scared away by the surrounding environment when we drove all the way here. Fortunately, we held on! When we opened the door, the kittens in the quarantine manor also came in to hide from the rain. They were very cute. The staff greeted us warmly and upgraded us to a suite."
