"We were picking our daughter up at Gatwick, so we looked for convenience and parking close to Gatwick North Terminal. Reception Team - Arif and his Colleague were very kind, as we had no idea where to get a meal or how to get to the North Terminal. First, Arif walked me to the bus stop and showed me the timetable and which way into Horley (5minutes) and where to get off the bus coming back. We then asked where to eat, and out came the mobile phones to show us some very nice pubs for our dinner! Parking free, even though we stayed a few hours over our one-day booking due to the plane's late arrival. The best of it was he told us we could get the bus ( 5 minutes) to Arrivals at North Terminal and avoid getting screwed for parking at the airport!!! Room clean and tidy, so we felt we were treated very kindly!"
