"The room was lovely. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and quite delicious. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The view from the hotel was pretty. The hot and cold pools are nice, but a bit strange that they close the pools from 12pm-2pm."

"Location was a little difficult to get to, but that is understandable, being a hot spring resort. As it was the off peak season, we were the only visitors for that night. Despite so, the staff were friendly - preparing our breakfast separately. The breakfast included bread and spreads, and local rice porridge. Even though it sounds simple, it was delicious and full of flavour. The room came with a large stone tub which could probably accommodate 4-5 pax. We could thus enjoy the hot spring from the comfort of our own room."

"Love the hot spring water in the room. Bathroom very spacious, with a separate shower. Will visit again if I have the chance. Dinner at the hotel is average, can be better. Lots of veg, however，I suspect the vegs are not properly washed, entire 1/8 cabbage wedge was served. I will not eat like that at home."

"Large room and spacious hot spring area created a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff are nice and helpful too. Minor irritation is flies at B1 dinning area."
