"I liked the hotel, tasty breakfast, nice interior. I also liked the lounge on the 2nd floor, free massage chairs, ice cream, probiotic drinks. The changing room in onsen is fine, the onsen itself is convenient, well decorated. However, it seemed that cleaning service overdid their job and chloride smell was strong in the onsen. In women zone there are 2 baths with 40+ °C, sauna and 1 bath with colder temp. I liked the room, good conditioner, soft cozy bed."

I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. "Great location, great facilities. Onsen is good. Big parking lots, around 40 cars can be parked. 2 blocks away from the 7-11. A wee far away from station."

"조식 석식 포함으로 저렴하게 묵었습니다. 노천탕 포함인 온천 대욕장도 나쁘지 않았고 식사도 괜찮았는데 딱 가격만큼 하는것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 위치는 기미데라랑 가까워서 주차 해두고 걸어가기 좋았습니다. 객식 내에 청소 상태가 미흡해서 이곳저곳 먼지가 뿌옇게 쌓여있어서 좀 찝찝했네요.. 노후된 건물이라도 청소 상태에 신경을 좀 쓰셨으면 좋겠어요 ㅠㅠ"

"服務非常好，餐廳到晚上7點關門，我9點才到酒店，一直在等我，太貼心了，非常感激，不然這麼晚了附近杯面都沒有賣的"

"The hotel is situated at a secluded corner of Wakayama prefecture. It is much preferable to drive here rather than relying on the infrequent hotel shuttle. Public transport is otherwise non existent. There are no restaurants around the hotel. However the hotel provides delicious meals with abundant fresh seafood. The in room dining experience is superb. The hotel staff service is impeccable. The room has a spectacular sea view allowing you to see the sunset on clear days. The onsen also faces the sea which provides a relaxing experience. A downside is that the hotel does not seem to sanitize the slippers for indoor use. All hotel guests had to change to their slippers to access their indoor facilities."

Understanding that it can’t redeem back, it’s good to have a option for client , like swap with soft drink etc Overall hotel staff are nice n attentive, food quality is good also"
