"The hotel reeked of smoke. There was no smoke-free or smoke-proof designation. The fresh air system was essentially just secondhand smoke, and the air conditioning was blowing out smoke too. I changed rooms several times, but it still didn't help. I was speechless. I couldn't sleep well all night because of the smoky smell. See the pictures for more details. If you can avoid it, don't stay here. Choose a better hotel. By the way, I even opted for a free upgrade as a Ctrip premium member, and it was still the same after the upgrade. I don't know what to say. In short, non-smokers should avoid this hotel; smokers can choose any other hotel."

The main problem was that I told the staff on the first day that I needed to catch a flight the next day, and they told me to come back the following evening. But when I went back the next evening, they said that someone else had booked in advance and that we should follow their schedule. The key point is that it was someone else's schedule, and we were in a rush."

It was a great hotel. They gave me meal vouchers, but unfortunately I woke up too late and didn't get to eat. The front desk recommended a delicious local pilaf. I enjoyed it!"

The room facilities are complete, the bedding is dry and the amenities are of good quality, but there is a lack of hand cream or body lotion. I don't know if this is the case for all Atour hotels. It should be prepared in a dry place like southern Xinjiang. The breakfast is in line with the positioning, the soy milk and spicy chicken are good. The pick up point was convenient. The front desk service was good."

"I was very satisfied with my choice of hotel in Hotan. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, patiently answering all my questions and handling things efficiently. The room hygiene was meticulous; when I opened the door, the air was fresh with no strange odors, very refreshing. The disposable toiletries in the room were of good quality; the towels and amenity kit felt great to use. All the amenities were excellent, and the overall cleanliness and comfort made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hotan."
