"There were two Uyghur girls at the front desk. One was checking me in, and the other was idle. I stood at the front desk for a while, but no one paid any attention to me or greeted me. They even tried to chat in their native language, which I couldn't understand. After finally checking in, when I entered the room, I found used false eyelashes in the amenities box, recycled paper coasters covered in hair, stains on the bed, hair on the linens, and the curtains half-drawn. In short, the experience was terrible. There was no service, and the cleanliness was extremely poor. I even doubted whether they changed the linens for each guest. That evening, I called the front desk to ask for children's toiletries, and they said yes. However, the housekeeping staff came up and said they didn't have any.
