"This was my second stay here, and I chose it again because my first experience was quite good – great location, affordable price, decent in-room facilities, and acceptable front desk service. However, I was a bit disappointed this time, to be honest. Firstly, the room's cleanliness was an issue; the bedding didn't look clean, and some of the bathroom towels were torn. Secondly, the service was lacking. On two separate mornings, we specifically asked the front desk for housekeeping, but when we returned in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned. The front desk service felt mediocre overall, with only one female staff member being particularly helpful. I'll probably look for a different hotel next time, though if you're prioritizing a low price and a good location, this place is still a viable option."
