The hotel is also in a good spot, it’s a short walk to the bus terminal that will take you to the mountain. "I did a lot of research online before booking! The attention to detail is excellent – you truly get what you pay for. The butler contacted me early by phone, added me on WeChat, and sent real-time updates on activities. They were always responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Every staff member at the hotel was super friendly and always had a smile. The complimentary late-night sweet soup was delicious! Even though breakfast was semi-buffet style, everything served was tasty. The hotel also offers a free travel photoshoot, with absolutely no hidden catches! Overall, the experience was superb! If I ever come back to Chengkan, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"The butler was very responsive. We were picked up by a shuttle bus to the cable car station inside the scenic area. When we came down, they were waiting for us at the cable car parking lot in advance. The hotel is very close to the Yuping cable car. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel's tea room experience was also fantastic, with a dedicated tea master providing service. The restaurant within the hotel has amazing food; it was the best we've had in Huangshan. The service was also great, including free laundry service, with our clothes delivered back to the room after drying. A very good stay overall."

"I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The staff and especially the hotel manager 蒋丹书 went above my expectations! A lot of unexpected stuff happened just before coming to Huangshan and Jiang DanShu was not only comprehensive but also very helpful. I also had to replan my trip in Huangshan and he patiently answered to all of my questions (and there were a lot) even though I arrived late at night. Finally, I was a solo traveller without a car but he helped me to arrange inexpensive lifts to go to the places I wanted to go to and I am so grateful for that. As for the hotel, it was perfect: great location, my room was cozy, comfortable and clean. It was high tech and I found funny to see what temperature I was taking my shower at. I felt as if I was at home with friends. The staff will help to plan the hike to Huangshan according to physical health, preferences, etc. I was also given free maps, a free walking stick, a free raincoat and free lifts to the bus stations. Breakfast is available if needed for a small fee."

Inside, the rooms boast smart home technology throughout, making them both comfortable and spotless. But what truly stood out was the front desk service – incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the old town. Just send a message, and a car arrives promptly. The driver was also very chatty and happy to answer all our questions. Felt so welcome here despite the language barriers! Highly highly recommend!"

"The hotel is conveniently located at the foot of the mountain, right by the transfer center, making it easy to go up the mountain. Facilities: We received a free room upgrade, and the facilities are excellent. There's a hot spring on the first floor, which was incredibly enjoyable after hiking! I heard there's also an outdoor pool on the fifth floor in the summer. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. Service: The service was very attentive. We initially went to the wrong place, and they even drove us to the transfer center. They promptly provided any items we needed, and on our departure day, they even packed breakfast for us to take with us."

"Due to a typhoon causing high-speed train cancellations, we unexpectedly had to stay an extra night in Huangshan North. We then spotted the Xixinan Wetland Scenic Area nearby and booked this hotel through Ctrip. The hotel is very close to the scenic area and even offers a shuttle service. The entire property is designed as resort-style individual units. Our room wasn't huge, but it featured a very spacious bay window lounging area. Outside, we could see lush green farmlands, and sipping tea to the sound of frogs croaking made for a wonderful experience. The hotel's Western restaurant also offered excellent dishes. Breakfast was a well-prepared set menu and tasted delicious. If you're visiting Xixinan, I highly recommend this hotel."
