"We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay."

"Strategic Location, walking distance to Roma Train Station and city centre. Room is clean just the building is getting old and lack of maintenance, is not as nice as my stay 10 years back. Get a low level unit, so no much view from my room, only can see construction side of the Building beside."

"The location so convenient,near to Brisbane international airport. We booked 2bedrooms and stayed 1night before our departure flight on the next day. We like the place ,so clean and comfort for us. Except there is no elevator ,and our room was at 2nd floor. We had disable mother, pity to her.she was struggled to go up and down."

"The Pullman is reliably good and the location is good except for a long walk. If the bus that transfers passengers from Brisbane International to Brisbane Domestic was to stop near the hotel it would save a long walk from the domestic terminal. Pleasant stay but a pricey hotel based on airport monopoly."

"Good value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone."
