All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast.

Konaklamamız gerçekten iyi başladı. Resepsiyon personeli çok cana yakındı ve erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdi. Şehirde olduğumuz konsere gitmeden önce duş almaya gittim ve küvet giderinin tıkalı olduğunu ve küvetin boşalmadığını gördüm. Daha önce odanın nasıl kullanıldığını ve bir şeye ihtiyacımız olursa mesaj atmamı isteyen bir mesaj almıştım. Ben de küvetin boşaldığını mesaj attım. Cevap alamayınca odadan çıktık. Giderin tıkalı olduğunu görünce geri döneceğimizi düşündük ama hiçbir şey yapılmadı. 7 saat geçmesine rağmen hala cevap alamadığımız için resepsiyona gidip bir pompa istedik ve kendimiz halletmeye çalıştık. Gideri tıkamayı denedik ama işe yaramadı. Pompayı geri verdiğimizde resepsiyon görevlisi bize başka bir oda teklif etti ama pijamalarımızla ve gece yarısından sonra odada kaldık. Bakım ekibinin sabah 7'de geleceğini söylediler. Saat 11'de çıkış yaptık, mesaja hala cevap yok ve küveti tamir edecek bir bakım görevlisi de yok. Resepsiyon görevlisi özür dileyip bize restoran için kahvaltı çeki teklif etti. Restorana gittik ama bize sadece pastırma veya sosisli yumurta verdiler. Vegan ve vejetaryen olduğumuz için bu mümkün olmayacaktı. Restoran başka bir şey sunamayacaklarını söyledi. Resepsiyona geri döndük ve müdür, McDonald's istemediğimiz sürece resepsiyon görevlisinin başka bir şey yapmasına izin vermedi. Bu akşam duş almak için eve gitmeyi dört gözle bekliyorum.

Right away you can tell it is not a chain hotel.  Super friendly staff,  very thoughtful.  Stayed there after my wife and I tied the knot.  They left a handwritten note and a nice tray of snacks in our room.  The parking would be inconvenient for some travellers with a pickup or suv with a storage box up top.  Our Chrysler Pacifica with Thule box barely fit in the buildings parking.  Valet parking is a nice option as well.  Overall great stay. Wish we got more time to enjoy the rooftop pool.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

Booked this hotel for my long layover solely for its location. It’s a few walk away from Bridgeport metro station (although the walk may not be as glamorous since the way to get there has the potential to be confusing; anyway I figured it out easily). That meant I’m close to the airport as well as the metro if I wanted to go downtown. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The y have decent breakfast that starts at 6 (you can even take your coffee to go if needed). The staff were wonderful and helpful. As soon as I checked in and told the front desk I’m headed back to the airport the next morning, he told me that the hotel offers a shuttle that can send you to the airport!! That meant I didn’t have to walk back to the metro. (With that in mind, I bet they also have a pickup shuttle service—so contact the hotel so you can skip the metro altogether.) Such convenience.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to nearby shopping mall. Also close to skytrain. Starbucks downstairs. Great for coffee lovers. Room is clean and spacious. Smart TV is a bonus!

Everything was good except for the water. I dont know if its because my room was at the top floor (11th floor) that the water pressure couldnt make the shower flow properly but the water pressure was so low that i cant even take a proper shower. That was my only issue.

I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.

Location is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.
