"I had a great stay at Snow Area Hot Spring Garden Hotel! It’s a very good hotel and a perfect base if you’re flying in or out of Yading Airport — they offer a free shuttle service, which is super convenient since the airport is about an hour’s drive away. One of the highlights was the “midnight snack” they provide between 9 PM and midnight: a big bowl of delicious noodles and soup delivered right to your room. Honestly, it felt more like a full meal than a snack — so comforting after a long day! The staff may not be fluent in English, but they are incredibly kind and tried their best to assist us. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything a traveler could need. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay before or after your Yading trip, I highly recommend Snow Area Hot Spring Garden Hotel!"

"The hotel owner is very nice to me. She helped me book the taxi to Yading entrance and lent me the trekking pole. The bed is warm. Even the room is kind of small, but all the amenities are provided. It was safe to stay there. The place is also near the restaurant and shop. It is very easy to buy things."

"This hotel was just what we needed to relax for a night, before going on with our trip. Nothing was extraordinary (think your regular hotel room), but nothing went wrong either. The room was very spacious, quite clean, warmer than all other rooms we had in the area during this winter season. The beds were comfortable and include bed warmers. Being one of the cheapest options in town, we were very satisfied with our experience."

"everything okay, the front desk person, i supposed he is also the owner, is friendly, helpful.. however my room is a bit smelly, the wall coat is broken too. and the location is a bit far from town, so thats the reason i rate it average."

"Reach the renowned hotel standard in terms of cleanliness, services and amenities, but a bit too remote from the center. The hotel’s manager is really service-minded. He volunteered to take us to the local restaurant for lunch and came back to hotel by himself. This is beyond the expectation."

"Before booking a hotel, I always check reviews. Many guests praised the owner of Tule Boutique Hotel for being kind and hospitable. During the off-season, when many hotels and shops were closed, this hotel stood out with its surrounding affordable delicacies and high cost-performance ratio, so I decided to book it. Upon arrival, it exceeded our expectations – the rooms were clean, spacious, and hygienic. The area was packed with great food options, and attractions were easily accessible. The hotel also provided parking. When departing, heavy snow led to traffic controls and road closures at Karazi Mountain and Zheduo Mountain, forcing us to delay our exit from Daocheng Yading. With many stranded tourists causing a surge in room demand, the owner, acting as an ethical businessperson, refused to raise prices and instead offered invaluable route advice. We sincerely appreciate her help. Following her suggestion to stay an extra day, we eventually left smoothly. During the delay, she even lent us the kitchen to cook. Thankfully, we trusted the online recommendations and chose Tule Hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shangri-La. If I were to rate it, I’d give it A+++++! Once again, heartfelt thanks to the owner!"

"The hotel is located directly behind Yading bus station and it's perfect to rest after a long transportation from the bus. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay. But if you want to go up to Yading, you might need a shuttle bus, or a local taxi to take you to the entrance. There are many shops and restaurants, just a few walk from the hotel. The staff here is very helpful and friendly, although the stationed staff might not be able to communicate in English."
