"The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again."

My Driver was great person who showed me places on the way and also helped me to click photos. The Hotel staff attends to your requirements with enthusiasm. The Rooms are big. Rooms have heated floorings. The Natural Spring area is a Public bath with different types of Pools. Some room too have Pool with water from the Natural Hot Spring. The hotel's Campus is the CITY BUS STOP to the Airport."

"The hotel is inside the Scenic Park at 4000m altitude. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. My room had two floors, on the lower floor there is a bathroom and a living room with a tea table and a TV, on the upper floor there is the bedroom. The room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed including an oxygen machine that helped with the sleep at the high altitude. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Chinese but in the end everything still worked out perfectly fine. Do not book the return flight too early in the morning because the first scenic bus leaves the park at 8:30am and it takes quite some time to reach the airport. (I did that mistake and had to rebook a hotel on my way to Chengdu)"

"Very nice hotel located conveniently at bus stop 2. Staff very friendly and we were able to communicate with google translate. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - when there were few guests I told them what time I would eat breakfast and it was prepared for me. When there were many guests it was a buffet. Just minus one point because the bathroom was not cleaned properly - the toilet was not clean, someone else’s toothbrush had been left, and the shower was extremely leaky. I recommend this hotel as the overall experience was good and it was good value."

"設施：可以看出民宿房間有非常用心的維護，民宿很多細節非常暖心，我訂了兩晚住宿，第一晚是尋幽房間提供氧氣，第二晚是老闆娘幫忙升級的套間，房間都標配了加濕器，拯救了乾燥的我。還有多出來的插線板，這很重要！很多民宿或者酒店在插頭方面設計位置和數量是不合理的，這裏很方便合理！ 衞生：非常乾淨整潔，衞生間還配有酒精消毒液，細微處也不見灰塵。 環境：鬧中取靜，位於鎮子中央，離大巴車站非常近！旁邊還挨着桑耶郵局！還有一家好吃的南京灌湯包店！這個位置絕佳，安靜也十分適合休息～拼車也十分的方便。 服務：衣食住行處處都很貼心。穿衣方面，出發前老闆提醒我稻城亞丁現在的天氣適合穿什麼；吃方面，有推薦好吃的川菜館，能吃到北方適口的微微辣卻很香的川菜，還推薦了品質很贊又好喝的咖啡店；住方面，會給我們拿行李到房間，幫我們收起洗好的衣物，特別是最後一晚有套間空房時來幫忙升級，以讓我們可以有更大的空間方便收拾行李；行方面，入住時就給我們介紹稻城亞丁景區的攻略和地圖，幫我們聯繫包車司機，價格還非常合適，大大的節省了時間～ 感恩遇見，謝謝一路的關懷！在這裏的體驗非常完美。我們第一晚和第三晚住在這裏，中間那晚住在亞丁村，多虧老闆娘和前台小姐姐的幫忙才讓我們行程如此順暢，這點是星級酒店有時都無法完全照看到的。我會推薦給周圍的朋友～"

Camp fire dance was not available as described, I know it's cold and low season, but if you can't offer it, do you promise it. 3. A bit far from downtown area. 4. I was downgraded to a small window room, without telling me, only after I requested to change back to my original booking. The property has only 1 double bedroom with large windows, but in the booking process, I can book two double bedrooms with large windows. 5. There is no elevator."

The hotel is very beautiful and you can feel luxury here The mountains view is right from the balcony. Everything is perfect. Though the room is very beautifu beyond my expectations l but the most impression for me is Yzong, a young enthusiastic lady who is everything for customers. Yzong is caring and helps me with the luggage pick up on the way while I need not get off the bus to Yading. I forgot my backpack on a bus and Yzong helped manage until I had my backpack back and nothing was missing even a yuan. I felt so grateful for her help. Even when I left the hotel, Yzong just helped send me back on a bus. Thank you Yzong, you are my angel 😇 The other staff, a man who was at my breakfast was also good. He checked if I wanted more breakfast and he served more. I recommend Zen Vew at Aden village. You will be impressed as I did. The best hotel and the best attitude of staff here from ally travelling life. Note: there's oxygen generator in the room, and the hotel has trekking poles, you can borrow.

房間乾淨，整潔，服務到位，特別提供供氧服務，還貼心的給了我們單獨提供一份薄被。早餐供應豐盛，七點吃好走十分鐘就到稻城亞丁景區。這裏我特別要提到前台的高個子藏族美女，從接到我們諮詢電話就無微不至關懷我們，到了酒店晚上為我們提供了氂牛火鍋，非常地道，美味！晚上還有藏族姑娘在大堂為大家跳藏族舞蹈，有賓至如歸的感覺，總之在亞丁這一晚住宿是一次美好體驗，有賓至如歸的感覺，有機會還會再去入住。

The hotel is located inside Yading National Park and is very clean. It’s conveniently situated right next to Bus Stop No. 3. On our way there, we asked the hotel staff to help pick up our luggage when the bus stopped at Stop 3, so we could continue walking the shorter route. The staff were very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay — always ready to help with anything we needed. They even came to see us off when we took the bus back. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Yading!

Best stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

The location is good if you plan to hiking in Yading national reserve The mountain view is awesome By the way, the hot water and the warm bed was not working and the temperature outside is 0 Celsius this is quite troublesome because we can not take a shower after hiking and can not sleep because freezing

強烈推薦皇冠假日，品牌的方方面面不用多説，更重要的是酒店位置絕佳，不衹是在海拔2900m，便於休整為爬山作準備，另外酒店側面下去就是鎮上最熱鬧的商業中心，吃飯購物診所一應俱全。則呷小姐姐服務超級好，幫忙講解了稻城亞丁景區遊覽路線，也幫忙預訂了五樓的藏王足道，很完美的稻城亞丁之旅！
