"The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again."

"The hotel is very beautiful and you can feel luxury here The mountains view is right from the balcony. Everything is perfect.
Though the room is very beautifu beyond my expectations l but the most impression for me is Yzong, a young enthusiastic lady who is everything for customers. Yzong is caring and helps me with the luggage pick up on the way while I need not get off the bus to Yading. I forgot my backpack on a bus and Yzong helped manage until I had my backpack back and nothing was missing even a yuan. I felt so grateful for her help.
Even when I left the hotel, Yzong just helped send me back on a bus. Thank you Yzong, you are my angel 😇
The other staff, a man who was at my breakfast was also good. He checked if I wanted more breakfast and he served more.
I recommend Zen Vew at Aden village. You will be impressed as I did. The best hotel and the best attitude of staff here from ally travelling life.
Note: there's oxygen generator in the room, and the hotel has trekking poles, you can borrow."

"The hotel is inside the Scenic Park at 4000m altitude. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. My room had two floors, on the lower floor there is a bathroom and a living room with a tea table and a TV, on the upper floor there is the bedroom. The room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed including an oxygen machine that helped with the sleep at the high altitude. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Chinese but in the end everything still worked out perfectly fine. Do not book the return flight too early in the morning because the first scenic bus leaves the park at 8:30am and it takes quite some time to reach the airport. (I did that mistake and had to rebook a hotel on my way to Chengdu)"

"Hôtel certes bien soutien à deux pas de la gare de bus . La première chambre qui nous a été attribué : l électricité ne marchait pas et la douche était cassée , pourquoi nous avoir attribué ?
Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été accepté sans difficulté. Dans la deuxième chambre qui était beaucoup mieux mais on voit bien que le ménage n y est pas fait de manière régulière et rigoureuse et que l entretien n est pas fait c est aussi le cas pour l ascenseur et les parties communes . Fort heureusement la literie était très propre . Merci au réceptionniste pour l aide pour le taxi . Rapport qualité prix assez mauvais"

"從雲南的香格里拉自駕去稻城亞丁，因為路程太遠了，開了7個小時，看天快黑了，所以衹能在稻城縣，住一晚，盲選的酒店，卻十分的好，超大的停車場，很有設計感的大堂，酒店的服務人員態度也非常友善，因為淡季和入住晚，謝謝前台的小姐姐幫我升了房，感恩🥹，還有的是，前台貼心的有温熱的紅景天茶和紅棗茶，兩個試試都很好喝。
唯一不足的是：在3700海拔的稻城縣，酒店房間是沒有供氧，如果需要供氧，需要60元一小時，真得是天價了，我們晚上睡到一半時，凌晨兩點，因為睡覺缺氧，頭疼得快掉下來，需要起床吃芬必得，太遭罪了。
還有酒店有餐廳送餐服務，點了兩個菜，還是挺好吃的，所以全5分，我是給的，但不會再入住了！！"

"The room is super cozy, the quality of the bed linen and towels is excellent and it’s located very close to the park entrance. The only observation is in relation to the view, which says it has a mountain view when we booked the Boutique 2-bed Room, but they gave us a room on the ground floor, after insisting, they gave us a room on the third floor, still the view was not that good."

"設施：可以看出民宿房間有非常用心的維護，民宿很多細節非常暖心，我訂了兩晚住宿，第一晚是尋幽房間提供氧氣，第二晚是老闆娘幫忙升級的套間，房間都標配了加濕器，拯救了乾燥的我。還有多出來的插線板，這很重要！很多民宿或者酒店在插頭方面設計位置和數量是不合理的，這裏很方便合理！
衞生：非常乾淨整潔，衞生間還配有酒精消毒液，細微處也不見灰塵。
環境：鬧中取靜，位於鎮子中央，離大巴車站非常近！旁邊還挨着桑耶郵局！還有一家好吃的南京灌湯包店！這個位置絕佳，安靜也十分適合休息～拼車也十分的方便。
服務：衣食住行處處都很貼心。穿衣方面，出發前老闆提醒我稻城亞丁現在的天氣適合穿什麼；吃方面，有推薦好吃的川菜館，能吃到北方適口的微微辣卻很香的川菜，還推薦了品質很贊又好喝的咖啡店；住方面，會給我們拿行李到房間，幫我們收起洗好的衣物，特別是最後一晚有套間空房時來幫忙升級，以讓我們可以有更大的空間方便收拾行李；行方面，入住時就給我們介紹稻城亞丁景區的攻略和地圖，幫我們聯繫包車司機，價格還非常合適，大大的節省了時間～
感恩遇見，謝謝一路的關懷！在這裏的體驗非常完美。我們第一晚和第三晚住在這裏，中間那晚住在亞丁村，多虧老闆娘和前台小姐姐的幫忙才讓我們行程如此順暢，這點是星級酒店有時都無法完全照看到的。我會推薦給周圍的朋友～"

CChhay Hong1. The breakfast is not available at all, even for purchase. Need to travel to town to have breakfast.
2. Camp fire dance was not available as described, I know it's cold and low season, but if you can't offer it, do you promise it.
3. A bit far from downtown area.
4. I was downgraded to a small window room, without telling me, only after I requested to change back to my original booking. The property has only 1 double bedroom with large windows, but in the booking process, I can book two double bedrooms with large windows.
5. There is no elevator.

11370121****房間乾淨，整潔，服務到位，特別提供供氧服務，還貼心的給了我們單獨提供一份薄被。早餐供應豐盛，七點吃好走十分鐘就到稻城亞丁景區。這裏我特別要提到前台的高個子藏族美女，從接到我們諮詢電話就無微不至關懷我們，到了酒店晚上為我們提供了氂牛火鍋，非常地道，美味！晚上還有藏族姑娘在大堂為大家跳藏族舞蹈，有賓至如歸的感覺，總之在亞丁這一晚住宿是一次美好體驗，有賓至如歸的感覺，有機會還會再去入住。

AAnonim KullanıcıBest stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

__WeChat249928****差不多2～3個月都出去旅遊，選了這麼多酒店，還是失策了，他們家明明是民宿，不明白攜程説是酒店，攜程説了，我還真信了，如果是民宿，能做到這樣，我是給全5分的，但如果按酒店的標準，失落感，還是挺大的。下面是不足的：
1，明明房間有瀰漫供氧，我們打開房間門時，一股的煙味，垃圾桶還有煙頭。
2，沙發旁邊，還有上一位房客留下的登機牌。房間裏也沒有放置礦泉水（到時我還天真的以為，水可能是民宿要節省沒有放，需要付費下樓前台買的，後來我看旁邊的房間，發現人家是有的，對比發現，太傷人了。）
3，這兩個問題，我第二天吃早餐和他們老闆説了，希望也麻煩他們今天搞衞生時，可以幫我打掃一下，熱情地答應了，我去景區10個小時回來，發現衞生照舊，還多了個死蟑螂🪳，這個是我臨出門時，踩死的，回來和店的清潔人員説，她還和我説，她有打掃房間的，認真掃地和拖地的，幸好我是拍照的，給她看拍照時間，不然以為我冤枉她了。唉！
4，給我房間配置的全部都是洗髮水，住了兩天，我都是用洗髮水，洗的澡！
老闆和老闆娘人很好，但員工太不給力了！

It’s conveniently situated right next to Bus Stop No. 3.
On our way there, we asked the hotel staff to help pick up our luggage when the bus stopped at Stop 3, so we could continue walking the shorter route. The staff were very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay — always ready to help with anything we needed. They even came to see us off when we took the bus back.
Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Yading!

NNYimpressionThis hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, in town Daocheng. Not far from the dance square. You can walk 25-30 minutes from bus station during daytime (at night recommend Taxi). The hotel is only one block near the river and you can walk to the White Tower.
The hotel has a friendly staff, her name Tan Hongli (please use translator app to communicate in Chinese). She can assist you and always care for all client inhouse.
The room is large with tea reception area at window. Warm and comfort bed, hot shower is immediate when need.
I would recommend friends to this hotel, and repeat.

XXiaoqiwu説實話，能看得出來老闆有認真在裝修這個酒店，環境還行，裝修也不錯，但是衞生打掃真的需要仔細一點，甚至能看到上一個客人在洗手池上留下的假睫毛，出門前讓重新再搞一下衞生，結果回來還有，叫完服務員收拾完洗手池，結果床旁邊的地毯上還有，真的一言難盡，衞生搞完還是仔細查查吧
