"The location was just perfect, serene, and had very beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. The only problem I had with the room was having to flush the toilet several times. I didn't enjoy my last night because some neighbouring guests fought all night. I understand that was not the hotel's fault but nothing seemed to have been done."

"Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before )."

"一直聽朋友説亞朵不錯，這次來千島湖果斷訂了亞朵中心湖區店國慶假期，避開1號2號的自駕車流，3號出發，早8點從上海出發，一路大車流，偶爾前方小碰擦，下午3點才到酒店。房間直接幫我們升樓層，還從雅緻房換成了湖景房，非常喜歡房間落地窗看出去的湖景。晚上我們果斷要求原房續訂一天，前台送我們兩天3人的早餐券。第二天我們小環湖，孩子在房間待了一整天，自己學習也不悶。早餐也不錯，雖不是五星級酒店，但各色小吃、湯粉粥麪、餛飩都有，還有水煮蝦，足以滿足早餐需求。娃自己動手加調料吃了一碗淳安米粉，誇讚味道不錯。一樓大堂的書吧，可以借書到房間閲讀，娃説如果能一直住在這裏把書都讀完就好啦！哈哈，假期就是希望能隨心所欲，放鬆心情！酒店對面就是湖濱，周邊燒烤、魚婆婆、各色餐廳都很多，還有旅行社，租車店、不遠就是遊船客運碼頭，配套服務很多。晚上還特地體驗了三樓的健身房，雖然不大，有3台電動健身機：一台跑步機、1台自行車機、1台站立踏板機。之後又上8樓喝了小半碗皮蛋粥，還有白粥和小包子免費提供。對了，房間還有一盤免費水果。總之，除了國慶假期房價攀升，別的都比較滿意了。特別是大堂服務人員態度也好。以後可以繼續光顧。"

Deepest gratitude to staff at the breakfast restaurant Ms 方燕 and Mr方玉龙. They were both amazing and kind, offering assistance voluntarily when they saw that I had a sprain and also problems arranging for upcoming airport transfer. In addition, the housekeeping team Ms 姜莉莉、Ms江小君 and Ms张续红 kept the room meticulously clean and comfortable. It’s a pleasure to return to the room after a day out sightseeing. 住進風景裏，更住進了用心的温暖 給這家民宿打五星都嫌不夠！首先必須誇“歡迎”同學——那衹緬因貓簡直是治癒神器，性格温順到可以隨便rua，抱着它在院子裏曬太陽，瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。 老闆的體驗安排太懂遊客了！夕陽下的皮划艇不是走馬觀花，而是慢慢感受湖水的清澈和光影的變化，“水裡任逍遙”的快樂親身經歷才知道多爽；私人定製的環湖騎行路線更是寶藏，沒有擁擠的人流，衹有純粹的湖光山色，隨手拍都是大片。 早餐是另一個驚喜，食材新鮮、營養均衡，連小份的水果都切得整整齊齊，能看出上海夫婦的細緻和用心，這種家一樣的温暖，是連鎖酒店永遠給不了的。離開時收到的紀念禮物更是意外之喜，這份真誠太打動人，已經把它推薦給所有要去千島湖的朋友了！

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible. And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else. The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment. I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

性價比拉滿，服務人員都挺好，車到酒店門口服務人員都來給開門，出發都來給關門，送了一份水果，還送了包泡腳中葯，自助早餐主食為主，每天有現做的一個點心，有個黨參當歸煮蛋的有特色。回程當天中午簡餐是廚師現做的厲害了。總體不虛此行。

We spent 2 nights at Moxy in October during the national holiday period. The price-quality ratio was very high- the room was clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast had a lot of western and Chinese options to choose from. The location of the hotel is very convenient if driving- it was in the middle point between all the attractions we planned for our stay, and it was right next to a mall with a few dining options. The only negative points are quite loud ac unit outside that creates a low-frequency noise that can bother more sensitive sleepers-my boyfriend woke up with a headache due to the noise. Another thing is the service- we called the reception late in the evening to ask if there are other rooms available due to noisy families staying next door to us; the receptionist said they did have rooms available, but she could not guarantee they would be quiet, so she did not offer to switch the room. I understand you cannot guarantee it, but it wouldn't hurt if you could let us try- it was late and we just wanted to get an early night sleep.

The hotel is near the qiandaohu central boat port, and it is convenient to walk to the port, which takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the port. On the way to the port, there are streets that sell food and ice cream. The room is clean, and the service is good. However, the toilet is a bit small.

Hey there! I just had the most amazing 5-night homestay experience that I can't wait to tell you about! This hidden gem is a perfect blend of stunning natural beauty and modern luxury.
