"This is my 2nd review as i ended up staying 4 nights. Just wanna say thank you to all the staff at this hotel who worked tirelessly to make my stay so comfortable especially the receptionists whom I depend alot for extra assistance due to my poor Mandarin. To the housekeeping who made up my bed daily and the restaurant for delivering such healthy and fresh breakfast daily, i say you all are the best. I humbly salute you."

"As an international traveler also a local group of companys owner I would like to express my appreciation to the newly established local hotel the Wyndham.
It's beautiful French style renovation, and the friendly hospitality the staff had offered was quite amazing.
Really enjoyed my short stay there, furthermore, the Taishan mountain view and the little duck is perfect for those who enjoyed a little smoke and a great view at the same time.
Special recognition and appreciation to Jason Bai, who provided thoughtful and warmly service of my late night arrival."

"My son and I stopped over in Tai’an for 2 nights. The hotel is very well located for Mt Tai, being only a 10 minute Didi ride away from Hongmen gate, the start of the hike up Mt Tai. Directly opposite the hotel is a street with plenty of restaurants, street food and market stalls.
The hotel is of high quality. The rooms are reasonably large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast includes a wide range of options, although western options are not very extensive. The staff are very polite and helpful, although English is not readily available and reception staff relied on translation apps on their phone to engage. Overall, a very comfortable stay and good value for money."

"Overall my 3-night stay was good except for one unpleasant encounter with the hotel security/maintenance guy which was kinda scary. Only advice is to always latch and lock your door. Hotel is less than 3 mins walk from train station. Had a large room which was very comfy. The only drawback is the sound from the train. But no prob if you are an early riser coz the earliest train came in at about 5am and oftentimes i was awake by then. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the whole hotel. No laundry bag provided. The front desk young ladies were all pleasant and helpful."

"A cozy hotel on top of the Taishan mountain. The reception staff explains everything through the translator. I'm lucky to get a free upgrade of the room 😄 for an extra fee, you can get a coupon for breakfast, mostly there is a traditional Chinese cuisine. Also, if you want to meet Dawn, the hotel staff will inform the meeting time and take you to their own point, it is free"

"The Wanda Realm is a great choice for visiting Taian. It is close to the Hong Men, where you can start the gruelling ascent up Mount Tai. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get there by car. If you hike, bring your passport. There is lots of water and food available on the climb.
The hotel’s location is great. There is an awesome “Food Street” just behind the hotel with tons of great options. There is a 7-11 nearby, but it is hard to find early coffee anywhere. Everybody I met at the hotel was super.
The hotel breakfast is nice.
There was a trace of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, which is probably standard in smallish cities.
All in all, this is a great choice for your visit to Taian."

DDans travelWhile visiting Taishan looking for a hotel that had connecting rooms or a family suite the options are limited but we found the Jianguo Hidden hotel family suite was perfect for our needs. The hotel is brand new with works still being done on the 1st floor, and swimming pool but this didn't affect our stay. The hotel is built as pert of a residential complex and the interior layout of the rooms reflects the original intent of an apartment meaning the bathroom and toilet are together and a bit squashy. The are is quite new so there isn't much around, but within a short walk there is a bunch of restaurants and a supermarket. A good base to head to Taishan. If you drive an electric car almost all bays in the carpark were fitted with slow chargers, good for an overnight top up..

MMisafir Kullanıcı1)Location: about 8 minutes walk to Hongmen , a starting point to walk up Taishan Mountains. But there is a shorter way about 5 minutes walk from the hotel that led one up Taishan. Many local shops and eateries around the area.
2) A value for money at this hotel ; spacious room and clean environment and they provide breakfast on request.
3) The service by the owner and parent were excellent. Providing interesting information around the area.

SSouthstormI had a great stay at Tai’shan Recluse Hotel in Tai’an. The location is perfect — right next to a new shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. It’s very convenient but still quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk away, there’s a beautifully reconstructed old village that makes for a lovely evening stroll. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay if you want comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its newness. PAKR PLAZA TAIAN is a brand-new establishment, and it shows. The modern and sleek design throughout the hotel creates a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are not only modern but also in pristine condition, which added to the overall appeal of my stay.
My room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The furnishings and decor were contemporary, and it was clear that attention to detail was a priority. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploration and business meetings.
The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served a variety of delicious dishes. The projector has a very large selection of movies and a good percentage of them are in English. the location is very convenient it is above an area that has a lot of restaurants and even a craft brewery. there is also a large supermarket in the basement of the mall that is below the mall.  it is a 20 minute taxi ride to the red gate to climb mount taishan

MMisafir KullanıcıWe were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple.
Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise.
Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us.
During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice.
Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station.
Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.
