"The hotel is a five-star property. Winta Liang at the front desk provided excellent service and even helped us with a room upgrade. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good, and the comfort level is great. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is a fantastic amenity. However, the public areas and elevators didn't have air conditioning in the mornings, which is something that needs improvement. The breakfast selection was limited and didn't seem to feature much local flavor; I suggest they work on that."

When we couldn't get a taxi during the Qingming Festival, they helped coordinate the hotel's RV to send us for free. When our baby fell ill in the middle of the night, he enthusiastically helped us find a thermometer and even drove us to the recommended hospital. Anyway, thank you so much! The hotel has a beautiful view, with a small river behind the room, willow trees and birds, and free pottery activities. The atmosphere is very relaxing and decompressing. The only drawback is that it is too far from the city and there are few delicious restaurants."

"It was my first time visiting Mount Tai in over ten years, this time with my child and friends. We wanted to find a hotel with some character. The hotel was nestled in the mountains, offering fantastic views. The rooms were large, clean, and well-equipped. Taking a stroll in the courtyard after resting was quite enjoyable. There were several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to eat. The landlady was incredibly welcoming. Although breakfast wasn't included, she kindly provided each of us with a complimentary meal the next day. After breakfast, she drove us to the Hongcun trailhead, reminding us of important things to be aware of along the way. This trip to Mount Tai was very enjoyable, and it deepened my impression of Shandong – the land of etiquette and hospitality!"

"Facilities: The toilets are relatively old, but everything else is okay. Two beds, the bedside table for the other bed is placed at the foot of the bed (Picture 1). The view is not good, and it's far from the scenic area. Afternoon tea buffet: I asked at the front desk, and they gave me a disposable paper cup, brewed tea in the front desk's electric kettle for who knows how long, and poured me a cup of tea. I was truly amazed; afternoon tea buffets are just like the cup of tea you get while waiting at the bank. It was so bad I didn't even bother taking a picture. It was just a cup of tea. Pure deception, bad review! For the same price, there are many other options, but this place is really bad."

"I booked a windowless king room, just for an early morning high-speed train, and it was perfectly adequate. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, and we asked the front desk if we could exchange our breakfast entitlement for something else. The staff confirmed our departure time and suggested we eat at 6:50 AM instead. I thought there wouldn't be much variety at that time, but to my surprise, almost everything was already out! The vegetables were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the meal. The bedding was good, the room was spacious, and all the toiletries, except for the toothbrush, were excellent."

"This is an established five-star hotel right at the foot of Mount Tai. It offers Golden Key service, and while the hotel itself might be a bit older, the service is truly excellent! As soon as we arrived, the bellhop warmly opened the door and helped with our luggage. When checking in, Ms. Xiao Wang at the front desk was gentle and approachable, and kindly answered all our questions, which immediately left a great impression. 👍🏻👍🏻 Even staff in the hallways would proactively nod and greet guests – truly befitting a long-standing five-star establishment! 👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Tianwai Village Tourist Center in the mornings. There's also a pet park where you can get free vegetables at the front desk to feed the small animals with your kids. The bellhop even provided hiking poles and raincoats, which was a thoughtful touch. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a small art museum we noticed when going to the pet park. You can take your kids there to draw and do crafts, which looked quite interesting. I recommend prioritizing the mountain-view rooms, located in Building B, which is slightly newer than Building A and offers a better experience."

"Location: It's conveniently located near Nantianmen and Taohuayuan Cableway, perfect for travelers to rest after arriving at Nantianmen, and also great for visiting Tianjie and Yuhuangding, or for heading down the mountain via Taohuayuan Cableway. Environment: Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night, as many tourists camp out on the streets, leading to continuous sounds throughout the night. Inner courtyard rooms should be quieter, but naturally, the price will be different. Food: For a mountaintop establishment, the food is quite good. The breakfast voucher is 20 yuan per person. The fried dough sticks and fried buns are delicious, and the soy milk is also very good. However, if you like eggs, be aware that each person is limited to one egg for breakfast, while other items are unlimited. Facilities: Given the limited conditions on the mountaintop, the hot water pressure is very low, making showers not very enjoyable. The floor drain in the bathroom has a rather strong odor, which is understandable given the mountaintop location. Service: Excellent. The rented overcoat had an odor, and they swapped it out without a word. They also take guests to watch the sunrise in the morning."
