"The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐."

"退休夫妻自天津到海南自駕遊，途中隨意安排的酒店，整體上和價位對標，意外收穫是升級了有按摩椅的房間，兩人每人30分鐘的按摩非常舒服，一天行程約疲憊一掃而光。轉天早晨退房出來繼續趕路，大約一個小時左右，有來自許昌的陌生電話，瞬間感覺是不是自己落下東西在酒店裡了～接電話後還真是，洗面奶忘了～和酒店客服小姐姐溝通後讓她幫忙給寄順豐（是新買的還比較貴的洗面奶，否則就讓人家隨意處理了～）非常感謝。"

"I stayed at Rebecca Hotel with my parents on June 25 and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although my first room had a noticeable smell of smoke which affected my rest, the issue was quickly resolved after I spoke to the lobby assistant manager, Ms. Zhao Yanfang, during breakfast the next morning. Ms. Zhao was extremely professional and helpful, within about 10 minutes, she arranged for me to change to another room on the same floor with my parents. Throughout the rest of our stay, she consistently greeted us with a warm smile, helped open doors, pressed the elevator for us, and even made light conversation. Her genuine hospitality stood out from the rest of the staff and made us feel truly welcomed. A big thank you to Ms. Zhao and the hotel team, employees like her are a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to come back again!"

這裏衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全好用，環境舒適宜人，服務更是貼心周到！ 服務：服務是真的好，我讓洗的衣服是一件棉襖，那天很晚才到店，前台和服務人員主動上門拿衣服，然後去夜裡十二點多才洗乾淨，但是因為是棉襖，所以衹能半乾，如果全烘乾會皺巴巴，所以建議我拿回房裡用空調吹，夜裡我睡著了，服務員拿回自己的房裡用空調吹了一宿，簡直太感動了，服務太周到了，瘋狂點贊。

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

I am an American living and working China. I live the amenities and the caring staff at the Hongbao Hotel in Xuchang. A beautiful city should have at least one equally beautiful hotel. Xuchang has several that are nice, but I have really found the Hongbao to be impeccable!

2025年第2次打飛滴到鄭州再經地鐵來許昌，專為逛胖東來，每次都待一星期，早也逛、晚也逛。4月來住在時代廣場旁的全季酒店，這回10月來住在天使城旁的全季酒店，都是套房。遺憾地發現這邊套房客廳裏竟然沒有電視！那邊客卧是各有一台電視的。這邊衞生也不如那邊，衞生間馬桶掀開蓋後可見右側最遠端陶瓷圈處有星星點點小几滴噴濺狀屎點子，我自己忍着噁心、帶着一次性手套、拿酒精濕巾給擦掉了，反正我自己鋪一次性馬桶墊單之前都要全部消殺一遍的。住店期間酒店前台及客房服務是蠻熱情周到的，就是不止一次等機器人送東西要等太久太久，站在房間門口對着走廊望眼欲穿！這方面響應也太慢了！最後建議在洗手枱側邊加裝一面伸縮鏡，目前要想化粧打扮對近視眼客人來説真的看不清。

I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant.

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.

In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!
