"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"The location is ok, as you are in downtown, beside a shopping mall, with a nice view. The room is spacious, but the decor is old, and not well manteined. The staff is mostly not english speaking, and not willing to solve problems. I didn't know the underground parking was not free, and they didn't mention, So I ended up paying the extra fee. because the free parking is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but I expected better."

"真的挖到寶了！本來是隨便訂的酒店，結果體驗感超出預期。前台小哥特別熱情，看我們拎着行李箱，主動過來幫忙送到房間，還提醒我們前台有免費的茶水和小零食可以拿。房間比圖片上看着還寬敞，床單被套摸起來乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，衞生間的毛巾也是軟乎乎的，熱水幾秒鐘就熱了，洗澡超舒服。最驚喜的是早餐，種類特別多，每一樣都不糊弄，現煮的餛飩皮薄餡大，豆漿也是醇正的原味，吃完胃裡暖暖的。退房的時候忘拿充電寶了，工作人員還特意追出來送過來，真的太貼心了！下次來這個城市，肯定還住這兒！"

"I had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable. What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience. Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"這次出門完全是比較放鬆的休閑遊，定了桔子水晶酒店，週六上午十點多就到了，酒店非常温馨，服務人員都很熱情，給我們倒了熱水，看見我們帶着孩子，還給我們升級到家庭親子房，並且有一個細節做得很好，看到孩子比較大了，給了我們一雙成人拖鞋（怕小拖鞋孩子穿不上），讓我非常感動。 入住後各類設施都很齊全，小冰箱、吹風機、洗手液、茶包，很貼心。衞生間很乾凈，下水流的很快沒有積水。浴巾和浴袍都很好用。我們用了三樓的健身房和洗衣房，體驗感都很好，特別感謝幫助我哄衣服還送到了房間。點外賣是機器人送來的，比較安全，也很衞生。 第二天的自助早餐感覺不錯，中式西式都有，有幾樣點心和飲料口感還可以，臨走時我還帶了一杯火龍果汁，然後在一樓的小廳裏陪孩子寫作業。問前台要了一些草稿紙，非常熱情。 總之這次酒店入住體驗很棒，非常輕鬆愜意。謝謝所有的服務人員。"

"本次房間靠街道，陽光很好，晚上睡覺也不吵，隔音效果很好。亞朵的床品很好，枕頭很柔軟。辦入住的時候去的早等了一會，等待期間幫我拿了茶和水果，還送了早餐，領了新年小禮物。工作人員服務態度都很好。入住後，電視機上可以顯示洗衣機和烘乾機空閑情況，任何需要的東西都可以在在小程序上讓機器人送到房間，很方便，社恐人士好評！洗衣房健身房乾淨，洗衣房裡洗衣液都有細分很多細節都很用心。早餐，深夜粥都不錯，很棒的一次體驗！"

"非常超出預期的體驗。先説下正式進入房間前讓人滿意的幾個點：首先雙床1.35的規格就誠意滿滿了，其次看到有小童隨行主動給了小童拖鞋和牙具，最後在前台辦理入住的同時房間已經開好了空調並有工作人員在樓層電梯口等待，引路並主動提出幫助提行李。酒店有健身房和洗衣房，親子入住很方便。樓下有咖啡機，住店客人首杯免費，雖然衹提供美式/意式，也可以讓早起星人狂喜了！畢竟5點多開門的咖啡店，衹在夢裡。。。 房間空間較大，設定了沙發和茶几，並提供茶具，茶葉也不是同價位酒店常見的茶包，好評。整體衞生情況很好，幾處容易被忽略的地方也沒有灰塵，寢具舒適，燈光設定也沒有問題。洗護用品用後體驗也不錯~ 最後誇一下酒店早餐，就餐時間是7點~10點，相比常見的最遲9點就餐，對起床困難的小朋友來説太友好了！而且種類比較多，除了冷菜、熱菜、炒飯、粗糧、包點、粥品、水果、4款飲品、麪包果醬等品類，甚至有現制的小餛飩和奧灶麪，還有各種現煎的菜肉大餛飩、煎餃、煎包等產品。蘇南週末200多價位酒店的早餐這麼豐富，還是比較少見的，特別是口味也在線（工作人員説同樓的飯店是一起的，本地小夥伴説這家飯店是最早做奧灶麪的飯店） 前台24小時提供服務，凌晨1點多和早晨5點多工作人員狀態都很好！辦理入住時前台還對房間做了升級，入住期間所有工作人員的態度熱情又不過度，服務貼心細緻！可惜沒有詢問姓名，否則真的要點名表揚入住期間遇到的每一位工作人員，包括但不限於前台的幾位小姐姐、保潔、樓層遇到的工作人員、停車場叔叔。會作為下次到宜興的首選。"
