"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"真的挖到寶了！本來是隨便訂的酒店，結果體驗感超出預期。前台小哥特別熱情，看我們拎着行李箱，主動過來幫忙送到房間，還提醒我們前台有免費的茶水和小零食可以拿。房間比圖片上看着還寬敞，床單被套摸起來乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，衞生間的毛巾也是軟乎乎的，熱水幾秒鐘就熱了，洗澡超舒服。最驚喜的是早餐，種類特別多，每一樣都不糊弄，現煮的餛飩皮薄餡大，豆漿也是醇正的原味，吃完胃裡暖暖的。退房的時候忘拿充電寶了，工作人員還特意追出來送過來，真的太貼心了！下次來這個城市，肯定還住這兒！"

"我這次帶着家人入住，最驚艷的就是“景區裏的酒店”這個設定，從酒店內部通道步行2分鐘就能直達小鎮，入住套餐還包含無限次入園門票，白天逛累了隨時能回房間休整，晚上看完震撼的龍形水秀和煙花秀，不用趕路就能直接入住，太省心了。
酒店大堂氣派雅緻，房間更是寬敞明亮，我住的46m²茶溪觀景陽台房，原木風裝修搭配紫砂茶盞，中式韻味十足，床品柔軟還能選枕頭，迷你吧的飲品免費且提前冰好，乾濕分離的衞生間和品質洗護用品都很加分。配套設施更是沒話説，室內泳池、健身房設備先進，自助早餐品類豐富，中西餐都有，味道紮實。
最打動我的是服務，提前聯繫的管家Lisa小姐姐會主動發遊玩攻略和演出表，班車時間。晚上身體稍有些不適，Lisa小姐姐還貼心的送來了暖心的紅糖薑茶，退房時還送了伴手禮，細節處全是用心。
不過也有小不足，酒店太大導致部分區域指示牌不夠清晰，第一次逛容易迷路。
總的來説，窯湖大酒店的優勢完全蓋過小瑕疵，核心的地理位置、居住舒適度和貼心服務都無可挑剔，還能解鎖門票、接駁車等專屬福利，讓度假更省心。無論是想深度玩轉窯湖小鎮，還是追求鬆弛感的山水度假，選它準沒錯，下次來我還會優先選擇這裏。"

"住過這麼多酒店，這輩子第一次遇到提前1小時催退房的，30年前國營招待所都沒有的待遇，這服務絕了！我們凌晨兩點才到，選這個酒店是可以用攜程權益延遲14點退房，好中午補個覺。然而酒店服務太好了，1點就打電話催退房，有沒有可能我們就是需要利用這會功夫休息一下啊？可笑的是打電話的人是知道延時到14點前的。何況還收了500按金，真超時扣房費唄，何必多此一舉？ 嗯，怕我們睡過頭，提前1小時叫醒服務，太貼心了，謝謝你們啊。其他什麼早餐、設施衞生都都還好。"

"這次出門完全是比較放鬆的休閑遊，定了桔子水晶酒店，週六上午十點多就到了，酒店非常温馨，服務人員都很熱情，給我們倒了熱水，看見我們帶着孩子，還給我們升級到家庭親子房，並且有一個細節做得很好，看到孩子比較大了，給了我們一雙成人拖鞋（怕小拖鞋孩子穿不上），讓我非常感動。
入住後各類設施都很齊全，小冰箱、吹風機、洗手液、茶包，很貼心。衞生間很乾凈，下水流的很快沒有積水。浴巾和浴袍都很好用。我們用了三樓的健身房和洗衣房，體驗感都很好，特別感謝幫助我哄衣服還送到了房間。點外賣是機器人送來的，比較安全，也很衞生。
第二天的自助早餐感覺不錯，中式西式都有，有幾樣點心和飲料口感還可以，臨走時我還帶了一杯火龍果汁，然後在一樓的小廳裏陪孩子寫作業。問前台要了一些草稿紙，非常熱情。
總之這次酒店入住體驗很棒，非常輕鬆愜意。謝謝所有的服務人員。"

MMisafir Kullanıcı一家完美詮釋侘寂美學的酒店。陽春三月下江南首選陶都宜興，宜興住店首選春山在望，小紅書的呼聲，也是體驗謝柯作品的想望。溢美之詞有很多，而我衹想説兩個字：舒服。
首先它是簡單的，去繁就簡，無多餘修飾，節制的美感。其次它是天然的，就地取材，春天就在園子裏：春花、春柳、春筍、春茶；以美器邀春入室，春天便種在了粗陶器皿中；炊火奉送了春天的味道，犒賞了味蕾。難忘的還有細節之美，器物、花草、美饌的和諧配搭，共生出春天的美意。
優秀的設計同樣缺不了後期運營的滋養。園主是一對早年成功打拚宜興創意美食的伉儷，而今仍在不斷探索與打造獨屬於東方的飲居美學，帶領着團隊用心打磨着細無止境的服務品質。

MMisafir KullanıcıI had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable.
What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed.
The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free.
The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience.
Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

KK._.BluemoonFantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable.
The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home.
The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property.
The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in.
Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard.
What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features

TTiaotiaotangchuipaopao臨時翻到的酒店，到達之後很驚喜。
酒店位置很市中心，大堂很大，辦理入住挺快，看到我們帶了兩個小朋友，還主動提出幫我們從雙標間換到了一大一小的雙床房，服務可以説非常的體貼和人性化。
房間很大，很乾凈，床鋪整潔又蓬鬆。
大堂的毛經理還給小朋友們送了紀念品，真是非常快樂温暖的入住體驗，非常推薦！

I enjoyed the views of the nearby mountains from my room (318). I enjoyed exercising in the gym. I was very thankful for the excellent laundry room, equipped with Samsung washing machines and Samsung tumble dryers. I was very thankful for the excellent air conditioning system. The whole experience was excellent. Thanks to all the managers and staff members.

MMisafir Kullanıcı前台小姐姐還是比較熱情耐心的，那麼來吐槽一下不足的地方吧，入住當天，旅店的清潔方面有待提高，首先茶壺裡上一位旅客泡的茶葉還在茶壺裡，茶水尚且温熱（雖然我們不用，但是這個就放在茶几上確實有點説不過去了），其次房間裏的杯子沒有清洗過，明顯之前的旅客泡的咖啡還是茶的污漬還幹吧在杯壁上（我們習慣自帶杯子，但難免需要使用，看着這一幕，屬實不太舒適），想着第二天應該可以檢查清洗，但是仍然沒清洗或者更換。入住兩天，第二天清潔完房間連衞生紙都沒給我們補充一下，還好我們有自己帶，不然上個廁所發現沒紙了，多尷尬😅。應為民俗也接待餐飲，不建議入住後開着窗户，旁邊是餐廳，白天放着音樂比較吵，還會有油煙味。個人建議如果去宜興自駕旅行的話還是選擇靠近市區的酒店吧，景區基本都在郊區，反正都得打車或者開車了，就去一次的地方沒必要選擇郊區，外出吃飯比較不方便基本都是驅車二十多分鐘去市區吃。來來回回的反而覺得市區方便。

EElena 莲娜This is a great hotel with a classy environment and a wonderful service.
The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel.
The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities.
The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious!
If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
