The weather wasn't too hot on the day we arrived, with a nice cool breeze, so we took a leisurely stroll around the town, which felt really comfortable. From the moment we checked in, a butler added me on a messaging app. Whenever I had a question, no matter how late, they would patiently answer it. The next day, because we went rafting and came back late, the butler even helped us with a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. We watched the fireworks show and had the buffet. Overall, it was a really good experience and a very worthwhile trip."

"The room was very comfortable, with a very reasonable layout and complete facilities, including a pour-over kettle, coffee and tea, a refrigerator (with cola, soda water, and ice water), a TV with screen mirroring capability, a night light, central air conditioning, a temperature-controlled toilet, and bathrobes. The entire hotel was clean and elegant, suitable for business trips, leisure travel, or short breaks. A pleasant fragrance greeted the eye upon entering, and there was a coffee/bar in the lobby on the first floor. Soundproofing was excellent. The service was attentive and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and the staff were always smiling. Even takeout was delivered to the door by a robot. A crystal hand warmer and hand cream were provided. 💐"

"The hotel is located less than 10 kilometers from Yixing Station, with major shopping centers like Wanda Plaza and Babaiban nearby. Yixing Museum is also conveniently within walking distance. However, popular attractions such as the Bamboo Sea and Pottery Factory No. 2 are quite a distance away. Our room was very spacious and offered an unbeatable view. On the downside, the facilities felt a bit dated – for instance, there were no charging outlets by the bed, suggesting the room hasn't been updated in quite some time. The elevators were also quite noisy, which even light sleepers might find noticeable late at night. Breakfast is served on the 60th floor. The selection remained largely identical throughout our two-day stay. Do note that children taller than 1.1 meters are charged 58 RMB for breakfast."

"Weird stay. They upgraded us to the best room on the top floor. Superb views. Then they told us the wrong time for the indoor pool closing. Leaflet said 9pm, they confirmed, then it closed at 5pm. After assertively reminding them what they had told us, they allowed us to swim. Their outdoor pool was closed for repairs, which had been a reason for staying. Later that night, two dudes were smoking outside our room - not good with a pregnant wife - so they moved us to the floor below to another room. Excellent value for money in terms of what's included but some parts of the jigsaw weren't in place."

"The room was nice, but unfortunately the facilities were poorly maintained. The Hansgrohe showerhead was paired with a small TOTO handheld unit. The sink drain cover was either clogged or wouldn't come off, and the faucet was a bit clunky. The handheld unit on the fish tank faucet was gone. The hotel is small and the area is quiet, so there wasn't much for the kids to do. After two days, I desperately wanted to go home. This is a great place for those who want to unwind, daydream, fall in love, or contemplate the meaning of life."

"🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that "all rooms are like this". I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into "classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago"! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for "Welcome Fruit Yogurt", but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said "refills are charged"? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as "rich buffet", but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!"
