The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful when I checked in, and they even upgraded me to a larger room, which I really appreciated! 🙏 The hotel breakfast was also very generous, and the room had good soundproofing. "The service was great, and the environment and facilities were excellent. The linens were soft and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a scenic spot. Breakfast offered a wide variety. The only downside during my stay was that the duvet was too thick and hot, causing me to wake up sweating at night. On a positive note, there were complimentary welcome fruits, mineral water, and a generous selection of other free beverages."

"This is a great hotel with a classy environment and a wonderful service. The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel. The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious! If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel."

"This place is probably empty after Chinese New Year. The afternoon tea they provided, pictured here, was ridiculous for a so-called luxury hotel. The coffee was undrinkable and they couldn't even do latte art. What's even crazier is that the breakfast was worse than a budget hotel. On the second day, there were barely any guests, so there was hardly anything edible. To top it off, the staff were all incredibly arrogant. The hotel beds are very soft, and when I asked if they could add a bed board, the person just told me, 'Then sleep on the sofa!' I had really been looking forward to this, as I booked it for my birthday, but I couldn't even have dinner because they claimed it was limited and chastised me for not booking in advance! Haha, who exactly is this resort for anyway?!"

"The cleaning lady at this hotel is the worst I've ever encountered. I drove over three hours from Shanghai on Friday afternoon and arrived at the hotel in the evening. The next morning, I wanted to explore the area. After breakfast, I asked the cleaning lady to take my clothes to be washed. Around 11:30 AM, she brought them back, and when I touched them, they were very damp. The cleaning lady said, 'They won't dry, just take them home and hang them up.' What? What are you talking about? I'm on vacation! How am I supposed to take them home to dry? Plus, I don't have any other clothes! I was stunned and told her, 'Ma'am, this won't do. I only brought two sets of clothes. If these aren't dry, I have nothing to change into. Please dry them completely and then bring them back.' To my surprise, her face instantly soured. She reluctantly took the clothes, turned sharply, and walked away without a word. I thought perhaps she was tired, and I also felt bad about making her make two trips. I tried to continue, saying, 'Can't the dryer be timed? I can come pick them up in an hour if that's easier...' But she completely ignored me, not turning her head or responding. I watched her walk the entire length of the long hallway, turn the corner, and disappear."

"Taking advantage of the time before school started, I brought the kids for a special trip. The weather wasn't too hot on the day we arrived, with a nice cool breeze, so we took a leisurely stroll around the town, which felt really comfortable. From the moment we checked in, a butler added me on a messaging app. Whenever I had a question, no matter how late, they would patiently answer it. The next day, because we went rafting and came back late, the butler even helped us with a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. We watched the fireworks show and had the buffet. Overall, it was a really good experience and a very worthwhile trip."

"This hotel is too old, and not in a charming, classic way like a vintage Ferrari. The style doesn't fit Le Meridien at all, and it can't compare to the better Le Meridien properties. Given that R&F Group (the original owner) has already gone bankrupt, it's only a matter of time before this hotel gets auctioned off. On the bright side, we still had a good time."

"The hotel is located less than 10 kilometers from Yixing Station, with major shopping centers like Wanda Plaza and Babaiban nearby. Yixing Museum is also conveniently within walking distance. However, popular attractions such as the Bamboo Sea and Pottery Factory No. 2 are quite a distance away. Our room was very spacious and offered an unbeatable view. On the downside, the facilities felt a bit dated – for instance, there were no charging outlets by the bed, suggesting the room hasn't been updated in quite some time. The elevators were also quite noisy, which even light sleepers might find noticeable late at night. Breakfast is served on the 60th floor. The selection remained largely identical throughout our two-day stay. Do note that children taller than 1.1 meters are charged 58 RMB for breakfast."
