Kapıcı bagajlarınızı çok hızlı bir şekilde saklayıp geri alıyor ve ücretsiz bagaj muhafaza hizmeti sağlıyor. Giriş yapacağınız gün erken gelip check-in yapabilir, bagajlarınızı bıraktıktan sonra doğrudan parka gidebilirsiniz. Çok kullanışlı. Otelde kalırsanız sabah bir saat erken gidip, doğrudan ikinci kata çıkıp, sıra beklemeden birçok projeyi oynayabilirsiniz. Otel, çevredeki turistik yerleri ziyaret etmeyi kolay ve rahat hale getiren iyi ve elverişli bir konumdadır. Otelin, sirke ve Ocean Kingdom'a doğrudan ulaşım sağlayan bir transfer otobüsü bulunmaktadır. Çok sayıda otobüs var ve beklemeye neredeyse hiç gerek yok. Akşam saat 8'de üçüncü kattaki platforma çıkıp havai fişek ve drone gösterisini izleyebilirsiniz, oldukça şaşırtıcı. Personel, soruları yanıtlamada istekli, profesyonel ve sabırlı. Herkese tavsiye ederim! Lobisi geniş ve aydınlık, dekorasyonu çok hoş, insana huzur veriyor. Deneyim çok etkileyiciydi, lobide harika bir atmosfer vardı ve çok sayıda performans vardı. Oda geniş ve aydınlık, iyi ışıklandırma atmosferi var. Otel büyük ve genel ortam oldukça iyi ve sıcak. Lobi çok rahat görünüyor. Güvenlik görevlileri çok özverili ve tesis sıkı bir şekilde güvenlik altına alınmış durumda. Tesiste çok sayıda yemek seçeneği mevcut ve büfede çocukların seveceği birçok şekerleme ve tatlı bulunuyor. Genel olarak çeşitlilik çok fazla olmasa da ürünler ***et güzel ve lezzetli. Otel personeli iyi niyetli ve iyi hizmet veriyor. Genel olarak oldukça memnunum. Oda temiz, düzenli ve genişti. Alt yapısı tamamlanmış, odadaki WiFi sorunsuz, klima iyi performans gösteriyor ve küçük bir buzdolabı mevcut. Yatak takımları ve tuvalet malzemeleri nispeten temizdir ve oda servisi bunları zamanında odaya teslim edecektir. Uşakların hizmeti kusursuz, coşkulu, profesyonel ve anlayışlı olup, misafirlerin kendilerini evlerindeymiş gibi rahat hissetmelerini sağlıyor. Ev sahibi çok harikaydı. Toplamaya çalıştığım bilgi kartlarını ve hazırladıkları hediyeleri teslim etmemde bana yardımcı oldu. Çok düşüncelisin! Bir dahaki sefere burada kalacağım!"

"Been staying in this hotel for multiple times. Think this time kind of a disappointment, upon arrival asked for late check out and normal do which they give and on the day of departure the front desk called and asked around 1pm and asked are we staying for another night and I say no plus you have given me until 2 pm to check out is there a problem. Then they says “oh okay”. When i check out they asked if i booked through Trip. Com I said yes and then they asked if they can put a good review and i will get some gifts i say i will do it later myself. Next is the gym bit dirty even though there are staff looking after it and it doesn’t seem so. The treadmills are broken with a running machine of a speed like a racing car. The afterward wanted to take a drink of water but LOL the water dispenser has no water but there are paper cups everywhere and a tissue box without tissue paper. Kind of a disappointment."

"Excellent hospitality!! we were very much impressed by all the staff within the hotel specially mr sea turtle helped us a lot ,super helpful and friendly. They message on wechat every few minutes to check up on you and give you news for the day and ask about room. We asked them for late check out and they agreed which we really appreciate and the best part was our children had a great time and we will definitely come again. We highly recommend people with children must come here. The rooms are clean and nice toiletries. Although it's a little far but it's worth coming here the surrounding area outside the hotel is very nice and quiet which is very relaxing. And those who are muslim looking for a near by halal restaurant the plus point for them is there's a halal restaurant just around the corner. We will definitely come here again to try a different theme room. At check out they gave many gifts for kids specially when they tidy up rooms"

"We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway."
