The staffs are so kind and we had really good time with kids! The location was perfect just door step away from the mushroom snow village! The room is really clean and warm! Feeling so cozy! Whenever you need something, the staffs are there for you! They are extremely kind and helpful! We will definitely go back to this hotel and strongly recommend!

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Sun Yu, who was truly exceptional. He brought us around town, explained the local history, and even took us to watch the sunrise and the big drum despite the cold weather. His warmth and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. The room was overall superb, sadly I had to rate the cleanliness low due to the bad and smelly ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, even if I turn on the exhaust it’s really smelly (even before using). Overall loved it with the more secluded area and have my own view of the snowy forest. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. Very nice, clean and warm hotel. The lady host was super super nice and helpful. She supported everything we need. The manager provided information about the showcase schedule of the Snow Town and helped us booking bus tickets as well as other tour information. Staffs were friendly as well. The hotel is located at quite corner, suitable to rest and sleep well. Definitely stay at this hotel again if I have a chance go back to Xuexiang
