"È stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica. L’hotel Cristal di Cannes è una struttura di medie dimensioni che ha tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un albergo: una reception piccola, ma accogliente con personale molto discreto e cordiale che sempre pronto ad aiutarti; camere abbastanza spaziose con bagno efficiente e pulito e soprattutto molto silenziose che ti permettono di riposare in pieno relax. In camera superior ho trovato ogni giorno due capsule di caffè nespresso e due bottigliette d’acqua, in omaggio. Ubicazione dell’hotel davvero strategica, in un minuto a piedi si raggiunge sia Rue des Antibes che la Croisette, infatti è ubicato esattamente a metà strada tra le due, ciò significa che raggiungi i punti più belli della città in un attimo. "O quarto onde fiquei era limpo, confortável e bem insonorizado, com uma cama agradável e boas condições gerais. O pessoal da receção foi simpático e prestável. No entanto, o pequeno-almoço ficou aquém das expectativas. A variedade era bastante limitada e a qualidade de alguns produtos podia ser melhor, especialmente tendo em conta o preço e a categoria do hotel. Faltava fruta fresca e opções quentes mais consistentes, e o espaço do pequeno-almoço parecia um pouco desorganizado nas horas de maior movimento. No geral, o hotel é uma boa opção para uma estadia curta em Cannes, devido ao conforto básico, mas o pequeno-almoço é um ponto que claramente precisa de ser melhorado para corresponder ao padrão esperado."

"We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful."

O fiyata bornoz, terlik veya temel tuvalet malzemeleri vermediler. Resepsiyona gitmek zorunda kaldım, orada da bana sadece terlik ve duş bonesi verdiler. Kahvaltı standarttı, omletin tamamen tatsız olması beni şaşırttı. Bu oteli, Bangkok'taki bu zincirin bir otelinde kalma deneyimimize dayanarak seçtik, cennet ve dünya gibi. Son iki gündür odanın anahtarları sürekli bloke edildi, bu da rahatsızlığa neden oldu. Genel olarak, otel hizmeti 4 yıldız seviyesine uymuyor ve fiyatını haklı çıkarmıyor."

"We stayed there 5 nights, took deluxe room with balcony which is really big and comfortable Good location just 300m from public beach. Only problem was because they don't accept cash for 200€ deposit. Just can do that by card so two weeks already passed and we didn't get back deposit.. Breakfast is expensive for what they offer so we decided to have it outside.. Except that all other things are for recommendation"
