"I had only 2 days / nights in Belfast. Not nearly enough time. So I am definitely coming back. The rooms are simple but sufficient and the bed sleeps amazing! Loved also the location, good eating places and around the corner of the botanical garden"

"The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!"

"Pro’s - location is great, close to the train station. Friendly service upon arrival. Spotted they have an option for a second pillow which was well needed. Con’s - Room smelt like cigarettes, walls are paper thin, the rooms are rather stuffy without ventilation. Very loud music til midnight from the bar opposite."

"Hotel espectacular con mucha historia no solo del titanic. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones comodas (incluso las mas sencillas). Ideal si vas a visitar el museo del titanic (esta enfrente)."

"Everything was good, the location is close to Queen University. Just the receptionist is a bit strange, while I checked in with my family, she kept checking and asking me how many people stay in the room, when I did the booking, I have selected the correct people with my five years old son. Apart from that, everything is super good."

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"Hotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction."

"The hotel itself was really nice. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me was the fact I'd booked an adjoining room. It did not make for a peaceful night's sleep."

"My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service  with a complimentary drink for using the self check service. Thank you I will definitely visit again 😁😁😁😁"
