The staff can never do enough for us every time we stay, we always have a great experience here, always very clean, it’s not like your usual hotel room, it’s a proper kitted out kitchenette style with everything you need to cook or wash your clothes and it’s always our first choice when staying in Brighton

The location is excellent, 2-3mins from the station. Room is well-presented, clean and tidy etc. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming in all my engagements. I'm only deducting some service points as the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic (no bowls, no glasses, food run out etc). However, it was exceptional value for where it is, what I got and when I stayed. Well-recommended.

The hotel was very nice, unfortunately lots of dust along the corridors Bed was too hard for both of us had a restless night. The room was very nice. Breakfast was about 7 out of 10 Over

It was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed. The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities. The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really. If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

Very friendly staff. Will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Bar open long hour. Was able to Seat outside and have drink before bed. And take drinks ink upstairs to room. Breakfast was perfect coffee teas brought to serve at your table. Cooked full breakfast. The staff when for extras for couldn’t do more than enough to help.

Tek kişilik oda çok küçük ve fiyat/performans oranı biraz düşük. Tek kişilik odadaki olanakların eksiksiz olduğunu ve her şeyin mevcut olduğunu söylemek istiyorum. Bir gece kalmak oldukça kabul edilebilir bir deneyim, haha! Konumu iyi, deniz kenarında. Baiya'ya ve tren istasyonuna gitmek için kapıda bir otobüs var.

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
