We even had a warm welcome from one of the locals when we got to the room 😉
Location very convenient but you don’t notice any notice from the station. Easy to walk to all the main spots"

"The location is excellent, 2-3mins from the station. Room is well-presented, clean and tidy etc. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming in all my engagements. I'm only deducting some service points as the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic (no bowls, no glasses, food run out etc). However, it was exceptional value for where it is, what I got and when I stayed. Well-recommended."

"I stayed there for one night. Asked for a quiet room but the street noise was still really loud since it's facing the main street. But it's so easy to find from the station. I could also hear water hitting the shower floor through the ceiling and the whole facility seems outdated. Bed was comfortable though.
The breakfast was fine. They seem to accommodate people with different diertey requirements
The worst experience was a smoke detector tester knocking on the door in the morning. Why can they just wait for a few hours until the check out or at least inform ahead of time? I'm a female staying alone and there's a man just knowing and coming into the room, it's really scary."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after.
We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us.
The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!"

"We booked a standard room as we were on a budget and it was simple, enjoyable and did the job.
We wouldve loved a tv in the room but maybe thats for more expensive rooms.
Comfy double bed, warm spacious rooms (it was 1 degrees), good bathrooms, nice views, kettle and cups.
Nothing fancy but had what we needed.
Quirky beachfront vibes.
Front reception were excellent - our first room had a cold shower and they moved us straight away with no fuss."

"The hostel was really nice and very well located. There was live music on Friday night and it was a chill vibe. Staff was really helpful. Offered and switched me to a female dormitory from mixed one upon arrival which i appreciated. The beds can be loud when anyone moves at night, in case anyone's a light sleeper, can be disturbing. Didn't bother me. The pier was just a 2 minutes walk away."

"I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays.
We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special.
The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed.
Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect
Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
We shall definitely return.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe staff can never do enough for us every time we stay, we always have a great experience here, always very clean, it’s not like your usual hotel room, it’s a proper kitted out kitchenette style with everything you need to cook or wash your clothes and it’s always our first choice when staying in Brighton

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is excellent, 20 mins walk from Brighton Station, it is along the seaside, very relaxing and all scenic spots are within walking distance e.g. i360, Brighton Palace Pier, Zip Line, Beachside Train.... 1 thing to remind is the view of the standard room there is terrible, NO VIEW at all, it is facing a high wall closely and the window is very dirty, the feeling like being in a confined space or badly in a prison! Though the hotel is old but in good maintenance, the overall decor is elegant.

It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)

Rooms are spacious and well appointed, but the whole building needs constant tlc as it is battered by strong winds and rain some spells during the year, but understandable if anyone knows Brighton's weather.

MM62065****Tek kişilik oda çok küçük ve fiyat/performans oranı biraz düşük. Tek kişilik odadaki olanakların eksiksiz olduğunu ve her şeyin mevcut olduğunu söylemek istiyorum. Bir gece kalmak oldukça kabul edilebilir bir deneyim, haha! Konumu iyi, deniz kenarında. Baiya'ya ve tren istasyonuna gitmek için kapıda bir otobüs var.

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
