"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after.
We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us.
The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!"

"We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too!
We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great."

"This hotels frontage echo’s bygone splendour and is perfectly situated on the sea front. However, the hotel is ready for refurb and I certainly wouldn’t stay in the annex again (that’s the bit at the back without a sea view). Out room 254 was not what I expect from a Mercure - we had 2 extra single beds and a tatty sofa chair in our higgledy-piggledy “double” room!
However, the staff were excellent, very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and again the restaurant staff were lovely and professional."

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is excellent, 20 mins walk from Brighton Station, it is along the seaside, very relaxing and all scenic spots are within walking distance e.g. i360, Brighton Palace Pier, Zip Line, Beachside Train.... 1 thing to remind is the view of the standard room there is terrible, NO VIEW at all, it is facing a high wall closely and the window is very dirty, the feeling like being in a confined space or badly in a prison! Though the hotel is old but in good maintenance, the overall decor is elegant.

KkarietteI stayed there for one night. Asked for a quiet room but the street noise was still really loud since it's facing the main street. But it's so easy to find from the station. I could also hear water hitting the shower floor through the ceiling and the whole facility seems outdated. Bed was comfortable though.
The breakfast was fine. They seem to accommodate people with different diertey requirements
The worst experience was a smoke detector tester knocking on the door in the morning. Why can they just wait for a few hours until the check out or at least inform ahead of time? I'm a female staying alone and there's a man just knowing and coming into the room, it's really scary.

We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special.
The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed.
Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect
Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.
We shall definitely return.

MMisafir KullanıcıA stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

AAmbxviiiAbsolutely amazing hotel and staff, could not fault at all! It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)

Had issues with key card as you have to use the key card to go through the public area's. Apparently a regular issue!
Plus snarky guest! Getting told off for laughing, no luck music, not late!
Get a grip snarky guest's, it's a bloody hotel in a busy city! The room walls are thin. You cannot stop people laughing.
A little tip bring ear plugs or go book a room in the middle of nowhere!!

IIza CThe staff is amazing from a to z, also bed linens and towels are clean like new. The mattress was very comfortable and good quality. The breakfast was very basic English with filtered coffee. But the building is almost falling apart which is a shame. It takes 15-20 minutes in bus A5 or 5 for £3 one way, which is quite handy. The free parking is fairly good and also handy. The cost for a double room was £175 and I believe that was way higher than it should. All I’m saying is that if I would have known, I could get a much nicer hotel for that amount.

MMisafir Kullanıcı방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
