"I loved this hotel very much! The room was clean and new. It was situated at the perfect location which enjoys the best view of Split while you can reach the old town/castle within 15min by walking along the beautiful ocean side. I was really amazed by their breakfast. The hotel service was very good too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was granted a late check-out at 1pm upon request :) Highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Split!"

"The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Cost with Uber about €30 there is also bus. The rooms are clean, large and the service waste great. Lovely bed. The room has kettle and fridge which is helpful. Short walk from the harbour and sights which was nice in evening before sleep. Bed comfortable. Overall high standard feeling. Breakfast and meals can be had in surrounding area, do not lot of places wanted cash only which I found annoying and the costs of food and drink were much higher than expected. That is nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning as increased have been steep after introducing the Euro two years ago."

"For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else"

"We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nice and helpful staff. Great price for a decent hotel in Split. However, we still had to climb up the staircase after taking the lift which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it is near to the tourist spot with everything in walking distance. It is just a bit far from the bus station given that uber / taxi cannot be stopped near the hotel. There were a lot of staircase / walking required."

SSeat 2AThis is an intimate 5-room establishment situated amidst the alleys of the Old Town, hence cars cannot drop passengers at the doorstep. Easy enough to catch a shuttle bus for EUR 8 from the airport to the bus station at the port, from which a Makarun staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage to the hotel, a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is a la carte, as is to be expected for such a small establishment, comprising 3 courses - pastry/toast, eggs of your choice with cold cuts, and a dessert, complemented by tea coffee and/or juice. Food was more than adequate in terms of quantity and quality. My room was comfortable enough, though 2 issues were noticeable: * Instead of a flat cotton bed sheet, there was a fitted sheet made of what seemed like jersey, and looked more like a mattress protector.This was pilled and coarse, in contrast to the far smoother cotton quilt cover. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they explained that this is standard for the hotel. Whilst it did not affect the quality of my sleep, the coarseness of the sheet wasn't entirely pleasant * In the bathroom, the shower was mounted at waist height, hence one either had to hold the shower in one hand, or, if there was a need to use both hands to wash, then one would have to crouch under the shower while it was in its holder. Not particularly convenient. Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient location, enhanced by the friendly and solicitous Ivan and Mario.

TTravel KweenWe had the most delightful time at the Apartments Cordis. The staff bent over backwards to help us with late check in, directions and recommendations. The pool was a real treat, usually all to ourselves and surrounded by fresh fruit growing and hanging over the pool. Our apartment was lovely, very cool from the A/C and filled with lots of of kind extra touches. The bed was brilliantly firm and so comfortable. The only downside to our stay was that the shower leaked into the bathroom a lot. The space between the toilet and shower was very small, not great for tall people. The floors needed more cleaning. And the WiFi was a bit patchy. The neighbourhood was conveniently located with a bus stop and shops 5 mins away. It’s close to the new beach and the centre of town. We enjoyed browsing in the Thrift store round the corner. All in all a great stay that I would repeat. Thank you

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room was stunning and very clean. We were fortunate to have the room with a south facing balcony, which was a heat trap. It is situated in a very central area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants near by. The things which let the room down was the bang average speed WiFi, that once several folk throughout the hotel were on went pretty slow, which is sometimes the case. The TV brand is Grundig, which I never heard of and is not got any smart settings. There is an option to project your phone/ipad to it. The only issue is if the Internet is slow then it sometimes won't recognise... Get new TVs! Communication could be improved, the gentlemen who checked us in said to contact him with any queries, I did so and had no reply. They could do with a system to drop off used towels and collect new clean towels from the reception area of the hotel. Hopefully this constructive feedback will be acted on as it is minors things as mentioned above that are lowering the overall experience for fellow guests.

Normally I spend considerable time going through reviews etc, but with the Azur Palace (hotel?) it was a case of needs must. Unfortunately although we had booked a deluxe double in our opinion it didn’t match similar 4 star hotel deluxe rooms. I mentioned this to reception but they weren’t really interested. Appreciate we were virtually in the centre of split, with space at a premium, but the view of a small alley with graffiti an empty minibar, not even plugged in, an irritating dim light, I think from the a/c that ensured the room wasn’t completely dark. After trying to close it down without success I went to reception, which had a note with a phone number to call. I gave up went back to the room and tried throwing a towel over it. Also no bar, although there are a few within couple of minutes. Overall disappointing.

PPikachuuuuuuThe room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

MMisafir KullanıcıPro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up. Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages. (2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to. (3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times. (4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos. (5) There is no lift at the property. We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

AAobfoodieGreat location, view was amazing and room was clean and nice furniture ! -Staff was very absent and you need a key to get in the hotel and in room. we forgot our key in our room and realised after dinner around 11pm and even though staff should be in hotel until 3am : no one was there . We had to contact by phone only but being Canadian we didn’t have a working phone . We almost slept outside. . We got help from neighbour restaurant. - staff supposed to start again at 7 am ; we left at 8 without checking out as again there was no one . - my daughter got her EarPods stolen in our room we could locate them with the Apple app and could see exactly where they were . Again no staff at all in hotel to tell them cleaning person stole. (We are SURE 100% they were stolen as they didn’t leave the room we never brought electronics with us anywhere and the location they were at was 7km away from hotel where we had never been. - they offer steaming service, I wanted to use it but they told my it took 1 week to fet my clothing back .. we were there for 4 days. Staff offered to bring a steamer to my room so I could do it myself . They never brought it… -there was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor but we only found out about it on our last night . - we wanted to go to a beach and the staff said it was a 45 min walk and that’s only way to go. We walked . Finally when we got there .. we could have takes a trolley for 3euro …. We took it to come back. -

MMisafir KullanıcıLocation is near Old Town and Diocletians Palace. Rooms are large and bathrooms are great. Beds are comfortable. Staff are lovely. Only down side was a horrible smell of sewerage coming into the bathoom. We had to change rooms due to it, then in the next room, leave the exhaust fan on constantly. Staff say it happens when wind is blowing.
