The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff. People go the extra mile here. I’ve been managed by young intelligent and very capable ladies.  They make the hotel run like clockwork.  There is an excellent Italian restaurant with beautiful authentic dishes.  As well, the Indonesian food is above par with some exciting stand out dishes; the duck, the beef rib (iga bakar) as well Lumpia and fish cakes.  Love the pool too.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri uzun bir sıra alıyor, çok sayıda ziyaretçi var ancak az sayıda CS var, dolayısıyla hizmet ideal değil. Kahvaltı da boştu ve misafirler dolu olmasına rağmen yeniden doldurma işlemi uzun sürdü. İyi olan şey, çocuklara yönelik tesislerin eksiksiz olmasıdır, bu nedenle sadece otelde kalmanız yeterlidir ve hiçbir yere gitmenize gerek yoktur.

best staycation , i here for my birthday month

Good location, got a good swimming pool and games like air hockey and billiard. The location is great which is in the city center The awful thing of our stay was breakfast. Maybe because we stayed from Tuesday to Wednesday, they spread so thin with so many choices but none of them were good, the portion was so small And not much of a protein, I would rather they have small selection for slow business days but the portion is big But we got our room upgraded which was nice. Overall had a good stay, just bad breakfast.

걸어서 5분 거리에 반둥회의 기념관과 아시아-아프리카 거리가 있어 반둥시내 관광하기에는 좋은 위치다. 내가 묵은 방은 넓어서 좋지만 원래 사진에 나와 있는 방이 아닌 것 같고 그 방보다 못한 것 같다. 광고 사진은 방안 창문이 왼편에 있는데 내가 묵은 방의 창문은 오른편에 있다.
