Très bon hôtel super accueil très sympa seul bémol il y avait une odeur bizarre dans la chambre et des cheveux par terre  Sinon rien à rajouter  bon rapport qualité prix  il y a plein de choses autour donc pratique

The basics are there, but with a lot of room for improvements. The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event. The breakfast was decent for the price paid. The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided. The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy. Overall an average stay.

Really helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

Если вам нужно поселиться в центре Матарама, то это отличный вариант. Для такой цены все было отлично. Номер большой, все работало. Персонал дружелюбный. Только будьте готовы к тому, что очень рано утром все мечети вокруг начинают призывать к молитве.

Sangat nyaman

Perfect hotel if you want to stay in Mataram for cheap. But to be honest the hotel does not offer many facilities. And although everything looks clean, it’s still feels a bit dirty. There were some weird spots on our bedding for example. As goes for many Indonesian hotels, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Nice place to stay. Clean room, friendly staff. The bed sheets had to be replaced because they were dirty and torn.

Es ist ein lowbudeget hotel. Aber es war nahezu tadellos. Es war verhältnismäßig sauber (paar Flecken an der Wand). Bettzeug war sauber, Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, warmes Wasser, viel Platz um die Sachen auszupacken, privater Parkplatz und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzige Mankos: - Matratze war Tod! Man rollte zur Mitte und hatte rückenschmerzen am nächsten Morgen - Aus der Wasserhahn kam ab und zu kurz dreckiges Wasser. Ansonsten waren wie sehr zufrieden. Danke für den Aufenthalt.
