"1) Front desk stuff was not helpful at all!!!
2) Access to the hotel’s lobby is only by stairs and all stuff was trying to pretend there were busy not to help at all. Luckily, we had only small suitcases, so that was not a problem for us, but still for this level of hotel I would expect welcome service in front of the hotel and not at the front desk.
3) I would not recommend “Historical One Bedroom King Suite” - it looks like the room had been plundered long time ago. There were literally no decorations whatsoever, be it old or new"

Otelde 2 gece kaldım ve otelden ayrıldığım günün sabahı Victoria Letterario sonunda hotelbeds'ten rezervasyon onayını aldı. Trip.com sorunu çözmekte çok etkiliydi ve onları tekrar kullanacağım ve Victoria Letteriario'daki Jorge sorunla baştan sona çok profesyonel bir şekilde ilgilendi, otelin müdürü de öyle.
Trieste küçük bir şehir ve otelden önemli simge yapılara 20 dakikada yürüyebilirsiniz. Odaların dekorasyonunu, banyonun geniş ve yatağın çok rahat olmasını çok sevdim. TV kanallarının hepsi İtalyancaydı ama seyahat ederken televizyonu pek umursamıyorum. Açık büfe kahvaltının tadını çıkardım, iyi bir otel kahvaltısında olması gereken her şeye ve daha fazlasına sahip, özellikle de özenli personeli. Beş yıldızlı bir konaklama!!!"

"It was a last minute trip for my family to Trieste. Fortunately and very gladful that I managed to book a room with Urbanauts. It was also one of the best choices I have made. It was so easy and convenient for the check-in process, and the location is very strategic where it is walkable to the main attractions. There is coop nearby as well for us to grab some snacks or drinks. The building itself is nicely furnished with a lift, our room toilet and kitchen are equipped with all the necessity that are very useful to us. I highly recommend this place to stay and will book with them again in the near future !"

TTimeTravellerIf you want to truly experience Trieste in the right location and with style then this is the place. A small perfectly built Palace run by staff who care about their guests. There is absolutely everything you need here. I arrived late at night and when I walked out onto the breakfast room the following room found myself saying wow at the view on the stunning Piazza. I choose this hotel because I had always wanted to stay there in Trieste, I did return for a second stay and I would stay there again. You are close to the sea, the historical centre, numerous bars and restaurants, shopping and tourist hotspots. The rooms are lovely, majestically clean. Breakfast are a relaxing experience you do not want to hurry because why would you with that view around you. The bar is the place to be throughout the day and also acts as an informal restaurant throughout the day. Formal is also available but that was not my choice. Rooms were large comfortable and very clean with the best amenities provided. Book your stay, you know you want to!

We went to the room and it was hot, they turned the ac but it wasn't working. A male receptionist was really nice and helped us. He brought us a fun.
I would like fron TRIP more than 5 coins. We just can sleep from 1 to 8 and we paid 168 plus taxes.

IIURIyОтель в очень тихом и спокойном месте. От порта до него пешком далековато: минут 30-40, и нужно учесть, что идти придется в гору (с чемоданами совсем тяжело).
Но при этом пешая дорога до отеля из центра/из порта может проходить по основным достопримечательностям Триеста (Крепость, римская арка, римский театр, церковь), все они в пешей доступности. В крепости - хорошая смотровая (доступ после 19:00 свободный, то есть без покупки билетов) и бар на смотровой (правда в баре практически нет свободных мест - довольно популярное место)
В отеле чисто, уютно. В номере чистое белье, удобная кровать, хорошее освещение. Чайник и чайные принадлежности, Доступ ночью (23:00 - 07:00) по коду на двери, поскольку ресепшен не работает ночью

MMisafir Kullanıcı17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

LLuqamaltaBed is clean. Location is great near city center and train/bus station. Reception is very nice. However, showering facilities and wc are limited, there is only one set per room and an additional set per 3 rooms. Fortunately the rooms are not that full when I was there otherwise itll be crowded. There is also very loud noise from the rooftop bar it seems until 12am, would be a concern for early sleepers.
For me I did not encounter any problems and have a very nice stay.

Wwolfgang hammerschmiedEin sehr freundlicher Empfang mit persönlicher Note. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und hat schöne Zimmer. Bei einem Aufenthalt mit Fahrräder ist das Abstellen im Hotelbereich möglich. Bei der Anreise mit PKW ist der Parkplatz beim Bahnhof nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
