Check-in için geldiğimde, resepsiyon personeli rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini söyledi! Trip.com'un 3 gün önce rezervasyonumu onaylayan iletişimini gösterdim, ancak sistemleri bunu kaydetmemişti. Kapıcı Jorge çok özür diledi ve o gün müsait olan tek odayı teklif etti, ben de kabul ettim, kendisi de neyin yanlış gittiğini öğrenmek için aracıyla iletişime geçecek. Trip.com ve benzeri platformların yatakları büyük miktarlarda bir şirketten satın aldığı anlaşılıyor hotelbeds.com- Odama gittim ve iPad'imle aşağı indim ve Jorge ile hesabım üzerinden Trip.com ile iletişime geçtik. Trip.com hemen cevap verdi, rezervasyonumu onayladı ve hotelbeds.com ile iletişime geçeceklerine söz verdi. Saat zaten 19:00 olduğu için Trip.com hotelbeds personeline ulaşmayı başaramadı. Trip.com, hotelbeds.com yanıt vermezse veya rezervasyonu onaylamazsa ödeme yapmam gerektiğini ve Trip.com'un bana hemen para iadesi yapacağını söyledi. Bundan memnun kaldım. Otelde 2 gece kaldım ve otelden ayrıldığım günün sabahı Victoria Letterario sonunda hotelbeds'ten rezervasyon onayını aldı. Trip.com sorunu çözmekte çok etkiliydi ve onları tekrar kullanacağım ve Victoria Letteriario'daki Jorge sorunla baştan sona çok profesyonel bir şekilde ilgilendi, otelin müdürü de öyle. Trieste küçük bir şehir ve otelden önemli simge yapılara 20 dakikada yürüyebilirsiniz. Odaların dekorasyonunu, banyonun geniş ve yatağın çok rahat olmasını çok sevdim. TV kanallarının hepsi İtalyancaydı ama seyahat ederken televizyonu pek umursamıyorum. Açık büfe kahvaltının tadını çıkardım, iyi bir otel kahvaltısında olması gereken her şeye ve daha fazlasına sahip, özellikle de özenli personeli. Beş yıldızlı bir konaklama!!!"

The Novecento Restaurant and the Berlam Coffee Tea & Cocktail, the hotel’s restaurant and bar on the first floor complete the whole and have been created in the historic spaces of the building, preserving the splendid frescoed ceilings, marbles and original decorations. "1) Front desk stuff was not helpful at all!!! 2) Access to the hotel’s lobby is only by stairs and all stuff was trying to pretend there were busy not to help at all. Luckily, we had only small suitcases, so that was not a problem for us, but still for this level of hotel I would expect welcome service in front of the hotel and not at the front desk. 3) I would not recommend “Historical One Bedroom King Suite” - it looks like the room had been plundered long time ago. There were literally no decorations whatsoever, be it old or new"

"The hotel locates at a really nice place, and is very close to the guest house of ICTP. It has perfect surroundings with great sight of the sea. The service is great too, both at the front desk and in the cafeteria."

"All'Horel Miramare sono stata solo 1 notte durqnte un viaggio con mio marito. Si trova in una comoda posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal Castello, il personale è molto cordiale e gentile, la vista dalla stanza sul mare è veramente mozzafiato, ma l'Hotel è sicuramente da considerare più 3 stelle e non 4 un pò per tutto dalla colazione al bagno, la doccia con la tenda di stoffa scomoda, delle parti deteriorate come le porte, per terra contorni sporchi sopratutto intorno hai sanitari. Per il complesso buono ma non certo ottimo da 4 stelle."
