Excellent service and outstanding breakfast and none repeat items for dinner for two days. Last day morning after breakfast, I went to lobby lady lounge and unexpected fell down on floor and twisted my right knee and felt so hurt !! After a while I tried to ask for help, immediately three ladies came to help and put medicine on my arm and right leg. I was so appreciate from their assistance. I highly recommend this Hotel and definitely will go back next year.

Я думаю это лучшее украшение нашей поездки. Находится на п-ове Идзу по пути из Токио в Осаку в живописной деревне (современная, не онсенная, просто сельский пейзаж). Очень подойдёт ищущим тишину и природу - размещение в домиках среди леса, и стесняшкам - все 9 онсенов - только приватные. Сервис - великолепный 😍 При регистрации - зелёный чай с традиционными сахарным конфетками (продаются у них в магазине). Пока пьёте чай - заполняют бумаги и относятся багаж в номер. Тут же выбираете время ужина кайсеки и завтрака. На завтрак выбираете один из 3 вариантов, включая привычный европейский с омлетом скрамбл и беконом. Их приготовят именно для вас и подадут в одной из небольших столовых на 4 столика. Кайсеки стоит попробовать. Совсем необычные вкусы, очень красивая подача. В номере вас ждёт одежда юката (легкий халат и пояс), тапочки, носки, тёплая накидка и штаны если холодно, чтобы вы могли полностью погрузиться в японскую атмосферу. Потом сходите в онсен. Выбирайте любой свободный, они без записи. Запираете дверь - и у тропинки в купальню загорается красный фонарик, так что к вам и близко не подойдут. Есть открытые (под навесом) и закрытые. Вода в них горячущая, так что есть кран с холодной водой, включите пока принимаете душ. Прогуляйтесь к побережью океана, дорожка к нему идёт через красивый лес вдоль речки, которая впадает в него с высокого берега, образуя водопад. Сегодня водопада не было, речка обмелела и на подходе вода в ней вообще куда-то делась. Вероятно, зимой будет.

Rather, every aspect of our stay in Ito was intertwined with the wonderful owner and thoughtful staff. From our arrival to departure, our experience was nothing but pleasant. The breakfast provides undeniable value, you get so much compared to what you pay for. For dinner, we recommend the crab dinner, though it may be seasonal, but you get a taste of a majority of the local specialties all in one sitting. The owner of Hinodeya truly cares about your experience, and is an excellent resource when exploring Ito. The staff are compassionate and attentive, checking in constantly throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. The rooms are very clean, and the onsen is a one-of-a-kind experience not found anywhere else.

Obsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

Comfortable and modern onsen hotel with private baths in rooms, tasty and unique dinner and European style breakfast. In the room there are towels, yukata robes, some hygiene supplies except teeth brushes because the hotel tries to reduce plastic wastes. The hotel gifted a set for face and tea for a booking on a particular website. The hotel approximately in 10 mins from train station, and close to the sea.

Overall this hotel's location is perfect for 1-3 days stay, but for longer stay you will need to take a taxi everywhere, its located too far. Even closest 7-11 is 1h walk away! Everything was fine, the room for 3 was enourmous, clean and fresh. Its located right at the zoo entrance, with a discount for zoo tickets. The only problem is its location - every restaurant around closes at 5 pm, so quite inconvenient. Even when we were looking on Google maps for an open restaurants and it said they were open - they were closed in reality. Spent almost 2h looking for food)) So you better ask hotel staff to find you a place to eat, even better if they call in a restaurants.

Beautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus. Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!

川奈駅から無料の送迎があり、とても助かりました。予約制です。駅からは車で12分位かかり、山の中でした。 館内はとても雰囲気か良く落ち着いていました。 スタッフの方も親切でした。 夕食時、1時間飲み放題になり静岡麦酒がおいしかったです。お料理も全て美味しかったです。 とても楽しい旅行になりました。 ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc.    For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room.  If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
