This particular stay at LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort became a genuinely memorable experience for one defining reason: Ms. Jacob at the front desk. Without her presence, this would have been a comfortable and well-designed hotel. Because of her, it became something far more meaningful. From the very first interaction, her manner was composed, perceptive, and quietly attentive. There was no sense of routine or obligation in her service—only a sincere awareness of the guest as an individual. Her professionalism was subtle rather than performative, and her warmth felt entirely natural. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, yet it is rare to encounter a front desk professional whose presence so clearly shapes the emotional tone of an entire stay. In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. She embodies a level of hospitality that cannot be reduced to procedure, and her contribution deserves formal recognition. Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

Located slightly off the main road but easy to find via Google Maps (we drove a rental car ourselves). Plenty of free parking spaces. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan.

星野服務一流，推薦騎馬，是很特別的項目，無邊泳池非常漂亮，周邊很多浮潛地點。小朋友們玩得很開心，星野的服務態度真的很棒，歺廳食物豐富，附近環境優美，唯一美中不足就是wifi 壞了，店方沒辦法修復，酒店即時提供換房，由於行李太多，我並不考慮，就算換了房店方收拾成本也不會低，建議加強設備管理，攜程也想盡辦法協調，衹能謝謝，我唯一一次想差評而因為星野服務很好改變主意，維持高評價推薦！

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!

有免費停車場在樓下，廚房設備很完整，鍋碗瓢盆都有，就是鍋子舊了一點＇很棒的是有浴缸可以泡澡，我們是入住4人雙床房二晚，到了星期五晚上有飆車族有一點吵，其他都很OK，很喜歡這裡，下次可以考慮再來住宿 當天早上沒有提供入住的資訊，透過chip跟飯店聯繫，一直到兩點才拿到入住的QR Code有一點緊張

Good location near big supermarket. Airport Limousine bus 810 Yen From Naha airport to La'gent Hotel , Chatan , then walk 8- 10 minutes to the hostel. They have a washing machines too. (use coins ).

10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.
