"The hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The location was very good, mount Austin generallya very good place with a lot of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The lemongrass scent that perfumes the hotel created very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Only issue we had with the hotel was that the toilet was on the smaller side, there were no place to easily hang your clothes when trying to take a bath and there was no basin table. Anyway, will still come back again 🥳"

"It was a great stay. This is our 2nd time here. We keep coming back because the rooms are nice and the staff are friendly. The location is also good. The breakfast have simple menu but it’s ok. Although you need to walk through the pool area without shelter, it was nice that we have a good weather during our sta. Otherwise it will be inconvenient to go to the breakfast area when raining."

"Eight Days is located within walking distance to the food area of Mt Austin. There is a grocer downstairs and McDonalds which closes at 3am is less than 5 mins walk away. Around 10 mins walk will be the eateries such as The Toast. There are also eateries across the road and a Ramen street stall and durian stall right below. I would say it is really convenient to get around but not right in the busy area of Mt Austin so noise and jams are less of a problem.
The room we stay in was way better than expected for a hotel of this price. It is relatively clean. The air con and wifi works without issue. Only small quip is that the TV does not allow connection of your own HDMI to plug your own media. I can't figure out any airplay features so we can't stream any movies.
Would definitely strongly consider staying again for a weekend getaway."

"Right above JB Paradigm Mall. Very convenient if that's your destination. Apartment was well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils, pots, bowls and plates etc. Has fridge, water dispenser (water of different temperatures), washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, house-keeping equipments. Also has tv and board games for entertainment. BUT, because there were so many things, I couldn't take photos of everything and was worried if they find anything missing or spoilt they will deduct from my MYR200 deposit. Luckily that didn't happen and I got my deposit back at 7 pm. Beds and bathrooms were clean, but MBR aircon blows directly at one side of the bed, so a bit uncomfortable for person sleeping on that side. Video of direction to carpark and room tag collection was helpful, but the letterbox is the one in the lobby and not inside the mail room, so maybe need to update the video. Luckily got staff at lobby to help us. Cons: not much choice of nearby breakfast shops. Nearest shop houses were 15 minutes walk away. Mall eateries all open at 10am or later, so it's inconvenient if watching 9:15 am movie."

An access card is needed to enter the hotel after 10 p.m. The only downside is that there’s a club opposite the hotel—during my stay, some drunk people were making noise around midnight, which made it difficult to get a good rest."

"Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋"

Being able to check the equipment would be great. Overall, it's good. I like the friendly, smiling staff. Waiting to provide good service.

Also the QR Code for the keypass was wrong, but a short Whatsapp to the Stay's Team and they gave us a new code.
Otherwise, was clean, was nice and bed was good. Sadly me and wife use 2 blankets so that single queen-size blanket was .... small :P

I stayed at a few hotels in Austin, although 1million is located at a corner, it is actually quite convenient with the Nanyang Street opened right diagonally opposite to it. Walkable distance! If you are driving, the hotel actually is quite near to Austin Crest too! Clean and there’s fridge in the room! Bed is quite comfy for us! Defo staying here again the next trip!

The pod iteself is interesting and feel clean. There are different setup depending on your objective..a simple night sleep or to game the night away

The room is just nice for 1 person stay. Super Single Bed, spacious toilet and very clean. Hot water and water pressure function well 👍
However, the bedsheet have little bit of stain.
And the sound insulation very poor, the staff do their works very loud . Early morning cant sleep because of this.
Hope this can be improved .

On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.
