"Location is good, plenty of public carpark. The room is just nice for 1 person stay. Super Single Bed, spacious toilet and very clean. Hot water and water pressure function well 👍 However, the bedsheet have little bit of stain. And the sound insulation very poor, the staff do their works very loud . Early morning cant sleep because of this. Hope this can be improved ."

"It was a great stay. This is our 2nd time here. We keep coming back because the rooms are nice and the staff are friendly. The location is also good. The breakfast have simple menu but it’s ok. Although you need to walk through the pool area without shelter, it was nice that we have a good weather during our sta. Otherwise it will be inconvenient to go to the breakfast area when raining."

"The hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The location was very good, mount Austin generallya very good place with a lot of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The lemongrass scent that perfumes the hotel created very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Only issue we had with the hotel was that the toilet was on the smaller side, there were no place to easily hang your clothes when trying to take a bath and there was no basin table. Anyway, will still come back again 🥳"

"Eight Days is located within walking distance to the food area of Mt Austin. There is a grocer downstairs and McDonalds which closes at 3am is less than 5 mins walk away. Around 10 mins walk will be the eateries such as The Toast. There are also eateries across the road and a Ramen street stall and durian stall right below. I would say it is really convenient to get around but not right in the busy area of Mt Austin so noise and jams are less of a problem. The room we stay in was way better than expected for a hotel of this price. It is relatively clean. The air con and wifi works without issue. Only small quip is that the TV does not allow connection of your own HDMI to plug your own media. I can't figure out any airplay features so we can't stream any movies. Would definitely strongly consider staying again for a weekend getaway."

"My stay was truly exceptional, defined by both premium amenities and outstanding staff performance. The room's jacuzzi bathtub was a luxurious highlight, offering a perfect spa-like retreat complemented by the convenience of a dedicated refrigerator. Service was five-star across the board. The reception team was professional and highly efficient, and the housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring my room was spotless daily. It was a perfect combination of comfort and quality service. I highly recommend it!"

"Wow, surprisingly clean and spacious. I stayed at a few hotels in Austin, although 1million is located at a corner, it is actually quite convenient with the Nanyang Street opened right diagonally opposite to it. Walkable distance! If you are driving, the hotel actually is quite near to Austin Crest too! Clean and there’s fridge in the room! Bed is quite comfy for us! Defo staying here again the next trip!"

Interesting hotel hidden in a small corner, taken care by an elderly couple. The lady gave us a room tours and explained to us on the house rules as well as the use of the toilets. The pod iteself is interesting and feel clean. There are different setup depending on your objective..a simple night sleep or to game the night away

I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

I've stayed here for the second time. Still as impressed as ever The only slight problem is that the hot water kettle in the room doesn't work. Being able to check the equipment would be great. Overall, it's good. I like the friendly, smiling staff. Waiting to provide good service.

Thin walls where you can hear sounds from corridor & room next door. For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended.

The hotel is good and worth the price. It has a self check-in machine, so you’ll need to check in by yourself, and cash is required for the deposit. An access card is needed to enter the hotel after 10 p.m. The only downside is that there’s a club opposite the hotel—during my stay, some drunk people were making noise around midnight, which made it difficult to get a good rest.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby... Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam. Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
