"Location is good, plenty of public carpark.
The room is just nice for 1 person stay. Super Single Bed, spacious toilet and very clean. Hot water and water pressure function well 👍
However, the bedsheet have little bit of stain.
And the sound insulation very poor, the staff do their works very loud . Early morning cant sleep because of this.
Hope this can be improved ."

"Wow, surprisingly clean and spacious. I stayed at a few hotels in Austin, although 1million is located at a corner, it is actually quite convenient with the Nanyang Street opened right diagonally opposite to it. Walkable distance! If you are driving, the hotel actually is quite near to Austin Crest too! Clean and there’s fridge in the room! Bed is quite comfy for us! Defo staying here again the next trip!"

The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

AAnonim KullanıcıInteresting hotel hidden in a small corner, taken care by an elderly couple. The lady gave us a room tours and explained to us on the house rules as well as the use of the toilets. The pod iteself is interesting and feel clean. There are different setup depending on your objective..a simple night sleep or to game the night away

Also the QR Code for the keypass was wrong, but a short Whatsapp to the Stay's Team and they gave us a new code.
Otherwise, was clean, was nice and bed was good. Sadly me and wife use 2 blankets so that single queen-size blanket was .... small :P

Apartment was well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils, pots, bowls and plates etc. Has fridge, water dispenser (water of different temperatures), washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, house-keeping equipments. Also has tv and board games for entertainment. BUT, because there were so many things, I couldn't take photos of everything and was worried if they find anything missing or spoilt they will deduct from my MYR200 deposit. Luckily that didn't happen and I got my deposit back at 7 pm. Beds and bathrooms were clean, but MBR aircon blows directly at one side of the bed, so a bit uncomfortable for person sleeping on that side. Video of direction to carpark and room tag collection was helpful, but the letterbox is the one in the lobby and not inside the mail room, so maybe need to update the video. Luckily got staff at lobby to help us. Cons: not much choice of nearby breakfast shops. Nearest shop houses were 15 minutes walk away. Mall eateries all open at 10am or later, so it's inconvenient if watching 9:15 am movie.

The place is just nice for a family of 6.
Slightly down side is the water pressure in the bathroom could be abit stronger, but this is subjective to individuals.

The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

MMisafir KullanıcıAir cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene
