"Loved the ******* aesthetic in this hostel. All wooden, felt like a rustic cabin. Staff were helpful, can help you with organising hikes etc. The common area is really cosy, bathrooms are clean and have hot water. Dorms are good enough, mattresses a little hard but that’s ok."

"設施：房間超預期！首先是佈局，兩個卧室想通但保有各自的私密空間，很適合朋友結伴出行。兩個卧室都有大大的落地窗，早上起來看日出，陽光灑滿對面的山坡，讓人心曠神怡！其次是設施很齊全也很貼心，酒店洗漱台很長很寬，我們三個女生的洗漱用品隨便放，衞生間和淋浴間乾濕分離，方便多人使用，淋浴器和馬桶都很好用。最重要的是，這裏房間有地暖！還有加濕器和可移動的小型製氧機！太驚喜了！這對於剛進高原地區的遊客來説太救命了👍🏻🌹🌹 衞生：乾淨整潔，枕頭被子蓬鬆度高，滿意！ 環境：酒店位於公路旁臨河建的一棟小樓，有自己的院子，還可以燒烤，準備明年夏天來感受下。位置在十里畫廊的範圍內，自駕去周邊的姑弄村、甲根壩鎮都很方便，開車沿途風景也很棒！ 服務：120分的滿意！這裏的工作人員對於我們的需求都會快速反應。我們到的時間有點晚，前台小姑娘主動告知睡前甜品銀耳湯沒有了，可以給我們換成第二天早上的奶茶。晚上我們睡前有點高反，半夜三更聯繫管家，小姑娘立馬給我們送了3支紅景天上來，加上房間裏的製氧機，我們第二天高反明顯緩解，基本上沒啥不舒服了。住店期間，不管是需要衣架還是需要冰箱幫忙冷藏食物又或是廚房提前點餐，工作人員都有積極幫助和安排，真的是很貼心且遠超預期的服務！以後來川西，還會帶家人朋友來這裏住的！"

"如果對聲音比較敏感，不要住二層的房間。晚上10點15突然被很大的噪音吵醒，聯繫管家讓工作人員查看，説是地暖設備的聲音，調節後小了一些，但還是吵的人焦躁。老闆馬上給調到了五樓的套房，聽不到設備的噪音了，但已經10點50，好久才睡着。老公和孩子對調節後的噪音程度可以接受，我睡覺比較輕的就完全不行，這種情況酒店最好提前告知客人。剩下的都是優點：1. 所有的服務人員態度都特別好。管家小白所有的問題都能及時回覆，還幫忙穿藏服，編頭髮，手藝好。反映房間噪音問題後工作人員和老闆馬上到房間查看，並及時調換房間。行李箱也有人幫忙運送到房間。2.酒店裝修風格很有格調，審美在線，各處都讓人看着舒服，洗浴產品是帕爾馬之水。3.餐食味道挺好，早餐豐富，每種吃完都可以加。4.要泡私湯時，有人來房間清潔消毒湯池，加水，還挺乾淨。5.活動豐富，可以穿藏服拍照，射箭，槳板，還有收費的叢林探險。確實是挺值得來的酒店。"

"Overall, a really unique and special stay. While it looks close to the main road, you should know that going down to the city center might only take 5 to 10 minutes walking downhill but it's a steep hill going up. The staff was really helpful and knew how to use translation apps. Our one complaint was that the common areas (lounge and shared toilet) could be cleaned a bit better. Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay."

FFafaa這是今年入住最滿意的民宿了，之前看朋友來入住的照片就心動到不行！看了天氣預報最近的川西天氣好到爆！直接預訂山語姑弄，提着行李就來了。 民宿位置太絕了，直麪雅拉雪山，躺在床上就能看日照金山。 設施：雖説是帳篷酒店，硬件設施比很多酒店的還要好，洗澡🛁熱水秒出，配有地暖，製氧機等，歐舒丹的洗護用品，33號我的愛！ 衞生：房間乾淨舒適，睡眠質量很差的我居然在這裏睡了兩天超鬆弛的覺！太治癒了。 環境：民宿大堂景觀位更佳！隨手一拍都是大片，有一種在北歐的感覺。還有一衹叫“山山”的橘貓，運氣好還能在房間附近看到小狐狸。 服務：每一位工作人員都很熱情周到，餐食味道好好吃，有咖啡、下午茶、簡餐、湯鍋等，選擇挺豐富的，甜品都是成都華爾道夫出品，品質沒得説。 這家是讓人住了還想一年四季都來住一遍的酒店，住到不想走！！！

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay. We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi. We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier. Thank you!

We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.

MM2hxeswun****這個酒店比較新，各種設施都比較完善。還有啞鈴可以借用，退房時還到前台就可以了。這個季節過來玩還是比較冷的。酒店前台服務員會提前電話聯繫我們，並且通過微信發停車場定位以及發送一些酒店訊息都是比較實用的。非常的細緻。並且會提前開啟房間的空調和電熱毯。周邊吃的選擇還是比較多的，不用刻意跑太遠。晚上外面還是比較冷的不管是從服務還是到設施環境都是比較完美的。

MMisafir KullanıcıThis place wasn't facing the main road, so it was very quiet. The room and the view from the room were absolutely beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. There were restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. We couldn't quite capture the view of the snow mountains during the sunset from our room with our cheap phones, but the actual view was really pretty. There was floor heating and an electric blanket as well. Hot water was plentiful and with good pressure. We had a rental car and there were plenty of parking spaces. It was pretty unbelievable that the place was at this price. It was the best place that we've stayed in our 2-week trip by far and also the most affordable. The owner of the place is a local ******* who used to live in ********** and speaks fluent English. Unfortunately, we had to leave early to return our rental car and catch our flight, otherwise we would have stayed longer.
