"酒店的設計感在線的，服務意外的還挺好的，員工也比較熱情，之前看評論還有點擔心服務不好，到了店看了房間才選擇入住的，後來和他們店長聊天才知道之前運營和現在不是同一波人，所以衞生，服務都是在線的，設施今年也剛翻新過。明年還會再來，重點表揚美女店長，入住過程中有什麼需要都是盡力在給我們解決，暖氣也是提前就打開了能夠感覺到是在用心經營。"

"Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had limited choices, nevertheless I enjoyed it. The hotel has hot springs. They are natural, however heated, not natural temperature. I think I overpaid (180rmb) for a driver to take me to Mugecuo, which is only about 12 km. My 4 hour car ride back to Chengdu was only 150 rmb. The hotel is about 7km from the downtown kangding area. Overall, I enjoyed it peaceful, quiet place. It’s a bit remote, ideal for people who want to get away from people and crowds."

"I stayed in this town four years ago, and my hotel was an absolute dump. Dark, cold, drafty, and unfriendly. There were very few hotels in town at that time . Wow! have things changed for years. There are now quite a few more hotels and the Holiday Inn not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Absolutely clean, great amenities, heated floor in the bedroom !!! large space in the bedroom. Everything was just great. Underground parking with elevator to the lobby. The staff does not speak much English but they’re absolutely expert using their phone as a translator and we had zero problems communicating. Very friendly staff - - couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely return here."

"前台接待的姐姐很好，幫我拿行李，説話温温柔柔的，民宿大叔也很熱情，在我們找不到地方玩的時候，告訴我們可以去後面山上，爬到山頂就可以看到貢嘎雪山，大叔的小狗也很可愛熱情，餐廳的氂牛湯鍋非常好吃，湯特別鮮，孜然牛肉不太吃得來，早餐真的是又好看又好吃，而且早餐是免費的，風光就很不錯，房間也很乾凈整潔，尤其是一次性用品，其實挺齊全的，它甚至有一次性刮鬍刀，一次性浴巾和一次性洗臉巾也有， WiFi，地暖，氧氣加濕器也有，就除了交通不太方便，但是如果是自駕遊的話，就特別方便，因為它下面就是318國道，它離貢嘎雪山也衹有10多公里，反正就是覺得很不錯的酒店"

"設施：房間超預期！首先是佈局，兩個卧室想通但保有各自的私密空間，很適合朋友結伴出行。兩個卧室都有大大的落地窗，早上起來看日出，陽光灑滿對面的山坡，讓人心曠神怡！其次是設施很齊全也很貼心，酒店洗漱台很長很寬，我們三個女生的洗漱用品隨便放，衞生間和淋浴間乾濕分離，方便多人使用，淋浴器和馬桶都很好用。最重要的是，這裏房間有地暖！還有加濕器和可移動的小型製氧機！太驚喜了！這對於剛進高原地區的遊客來説太救命了👍🏻🌹🌹
衞生：乾淨整潔，枕頭被子蓬鬆度高，滿意！
環境：酒店位於公路旁臨河建的一棟小樓，有自己的院子，還可以燒烤，準備明年夏天來感受下。位置在十里畫廊的範圍內，自駕去周邊的姑弄村、甲根壩鎮都很方便，開車沿途風景也很棒！
服務：120分的滿意！這裏的工作人員對於我們的需求都會快速反應。我們到的時間有點晚，前台小姑娘主動告知睡前甜品銀耳湯沒有了，可以給我們換成第二天早上的奶茶。晚上我們睡前有點高反，半夜三更聯繫管家，小姑娘立馬給我們送了3支紅景天上來，加上房間裏的製氧機，我們第二天高反明顯緩解，基本上沒啥不舒服了。住店期間，不管是需要衣架還是需要冰箱幫忙冷藏食物又或是廚房提前點餐，工作人員都有積極幫助和安排，真的是很貼心且遠超預期的服務！以後來川西，還會帶家人朋友來這裏住的！"

"This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good."

We had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay.
We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi.
We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier.

Chose this room because it’s near the bus station, I just stay one night in Kangding waiting for the bus to Daocheng next day. But overall it’s good, location is good and near many restaurants. Even the room have a little smell but It’s quite clean. They even give me some food for breakfast when I leave the hotel in early morning 🥹

Preis Leistungsverhätnis des Hotels ist top. Mein Freund hatte in der Nacht starke Symptome der Höhenkrankheit. Die Hotelbesitzer haben uns um 3 Uhr in der Nacht ins Krankenhaus gefahren und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal!! Wir haben es durch die Hilfe der Hotelbesitzer geschafft rechtzeitig abzusteigen, meinem Freund geht es wieder gut.

川西景色美，每年都會進去玩幾次，這次是第二次入住唐古特酒店了，交通位置好，就在318國道邊，好停車，超市吃飯的多，味在川西不錯。酒店房間乾淨整潔，熱水好。下次走川西還選這家酒店。

這個酒店比較新，各種設施都比較完善。還有啞鈴可以借用，退房時還到前台就可以了。這個季節過來玩還是比較冷的。酒店前台服務員會提前電話聯繫我們，並且通過微信發停車場定位以及發送一些酒店訊息都是比較實用的。非常的細緻。並且會提前開啟房間的空調和電熱毯。周邊吃的選擇還是比較多的，不用刻意跑太遠。晚上外面還是比較冷的不管是從服務還是到設施環境都是比較完美的。

酒店不錯，大廳裏嵌入咖啡店，很喜歡公區的烤火爐，感覺很温暖，歡迎雪菊茶水，給初來高原客人提供一份暖意，降壓清熱;房間也很新，唯獨遺憾，早餐品種有些簡單了，不過，地處位置還不錯，安靜，到情歌廣場步行可達，旁邊有金剛寺，也可順便逛一下
