設施：蠻新的民宿，裝修很好看，喜歡出片的話也不要錯過 衞生：老闆和老闆娘收拾的超級乾淨，還有專門的羣負責訊息聯絡 環境：在景點外面一點的村子裏，離御水温泉和南山竹海都很近，步行前往即可，臨街就是超市，還有很近的特產店和咖啡店，地理位置優越！ 服務：最讚的就是服務，其實定之前心裏還挺沒地的，但是真的超值的價格超讚的服務。一整個是賓至如歸，老闆有求必應，還有♨️的優惠，早餐也是豐盛好吃，給出的旅遊建議很實用～下次來溧陽還會選這家的！千萬別錯過。祝店家生意興隆，財源廣進！

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. 趕着早春的好天氣 帶娃來天目湖度假 這家酒店就在南山竹海旁邊 步行過去大概10分鐘 地理位置很好 這次定的是家庭親子房 房間裏準備了很多小童用品和玩具 還有個帳篷 娃很喜歡 另外酒店環境很不錯 餐廳的飯菜也很美味 尤其要給管家杜芳點贊 在我們入住酒店前就聯繫我們有無具體需求 給我們發了很多遊玩攻略 在臨走前還給小朋友送了禮物 服務特別好！

服務：老闆和管家超貼心！不僅提前告知路線和停車攻略，還主動分享周邊遊玩攻略，連小眾打卡點都一一推薦。入住時遞上温熱的茶水，還送了伴手禮，全程熱情又不打擾，像在朋友家一樣自在。 環境：藏在山林的寶藏祕境！推窗就是蒼翠竹海和雲霧山景，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，傍晚在露台喝茶看落日，空氣裏滿是草木清香，徹底遠離城市喧囂。庭院裏的綠植、鞦韆和小擺件都很有格調，隨手拍都是治癒系大片。 餐食：地道農家味太驚艷！早餐有紅薯 南瓜 麪條 米粥、、鹹菜新鮮可口；正餐的天目湖魚頭湯鮮掉眉毛，還有燉土雞、溧陽小炒等農家菜，食材都是本地新鮮採摘，吃着放心又滿足。 設施：配套超齊全！不僅有免費停車場、高速WiFi和智能家居，還有泳池、小酒館能燒烤喝茶，全家都能找到樂趣。房間裏床品柔軟親膚，遮光窗簾和隔音效果都很好，住着特別舒適。 衞生：乾淨到無可挑剔！房間角落、衞生間枱麪都一塵不染，床單被罩帶着陽光味，洗漱用品品質在線。公共區域也定時打掃，庭院和活動區整潔有序，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別安心。 已經把這家民宿列入復購清單，下次來還住這裏！推薦給所有想遠離喧囂、享受山水田園生活的朋友～

小團體入住的豪華五居室私湯別墅，整體體驗不錯 亮點好評 管家【小曾】響應快、處理及時，有需求基本隨叫隨到，服務很到位。 五居室每間都帶獨立衞浴，多人入住互不打擾，客廳有公共衞生間。 別墅私湯恆温、每日清潔，水質穩定。 房間內視野好，別墅園區安靜雅緻，度假感很強。 別墅餐廳零食、飲品、水果充足且新鮮。 待改進點 私湯外圍僅有一層樹籬與主幹道分隔且空隙較大，下午晚上之前泡湯私密感差，建議做成矮圍板。 客房整體乾淨但清潔力度不足，餐桌有明顯污垢。 多數房間電視機位置偏置，觀看角度不友好，觀感一般。 餐廳配咖啡機與新鮮咖啡豆，但機器夠不到插座，需額外找管家要拖線板。 總結 硬件與核心體驗（私湯、管家、空間、環境）較好，適合多人出行；清潔細節和設施佈局仍有優化空間。

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

在南山竹海的這趟旅行，安雲大舍給了我們遠超預期的驚喜！從出發前管家就主動聯繫，詳細告知自駕路線和停車注意事項，還貼心詢問是否需要準備寶寶餐具——這份提前的關懷瞬間拉滿好感。車子沿彩虹公路蜿蜒而上，遠遠望見藏在竹海中的民宿，青瓦白牆與綠意相融，像從畫裏走出來的一樣。 我們住的親子房空間超寬敞，落地窗外就是連綿竹海，晨起時霧氣繚繞，推開窗就能聞到竹子的清冽香氣。房間設施很贊，戴森吹風機、智能馬桶一應俱全，連寶寶的小拖鞋和圍欄都提前準備好了。午後在無邊泳池邊曬太陽，看孩子追着民宿的小貓咪跑，時光都慢了下來。 早餐更是驚艷，現煮的筍尖鮮肉餛飩、香軟的紅糖發糕，還有老闆娘親手燉的土雞湯，每一口都是山野的新鮮。退房時收到了民宿自製的筍乾和茶葉伴手禮，這份心意實在動人。無論是家庭出遊還是情侶度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次來南山竹海，我們一定還來！

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
