"We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!"

"Staffs are friendly and professionals. However rooms need to be disinfected. Our first room has lots of small cockroaches. Second room, after we requested for replacement, is better. Still we noticed small cockroach in the bathroom…"

"i want to say sobrang nagenjoy kami ng kasama ko and we enjoy kahit nasa labas ang shared kitchen and bathroom , sobrang lawak ng space and sobrang linis din ng room and labas also napakaconvinience ng mga bibilihan also sa staff na nagassist sa amin friendly naman sila and also sa mga needs namin complete namn the location is good sa mga napuntahan namin sobrang dali lang ng transpo , nagpunta kami sa pinto arts bilis lang ng byahe. "It’s a good place. Its just that the room assigned to us was so high (too much stairs 😅 to take) The pools are great too. I think they have 3 or 4. And there’s a restaurant too. The downside was that the room i booked was with balcony, but when we get there, there’s no balcony."
