"The room itself was pretty and had a beautiful view of the Manila skyline, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we arrived, there were someone else’s dirty socks left in the closet, and there were no towels in the room, so we had to use bath robes to dry off the first night. The windows overlooked the city, but they were so dirty it was difficult to enjoy the view. We ordered dinner to the room on the second night, and the dishes were left outside for two days without being picked up. There also did not seem to be any housekeeping service during our stay. Noise was another major issue. There was a pickleball court outside the room that stayed extremely loud until after 2:00 a.m., and there also appeared to be some type of construction or work happening nearby or on the roof that added even more noise. The restaurant was also disappointing because many of the drinks listed on the menu were unavailable, along with about half of the food options. The positive part of the stay was the staff. The woman at the front desk and the security guards were all friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. Overall, the hotel has potential because of the nice rooms and location, but the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, noise, and restaurant issues made the stay far less enjoyable than expected."

"Parking and accessibility: 4/5 Food: NO breakfast included 1/5 Room: spacious and cool AC with tv and wifi 3/5 Staff: 2/5 friendly but inattentive Bed: clean 3.5/5 Comfort Room: 2/5 has shower and bidet - my issue is that the units aren’t well maintained. The water heater is broken. Cabinet doors broken. Can’t bathe with warm water and you can’t complain at night because their reception closes 10pm. Tiles broken. No hair dryer. - staff are friendly and helpful but inattentive since we reported it the next morning but nothing was done. We reported again the next night again and again until they fixed it before 12mn."
