"I enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach)."

"The hotel was in the centre of the island so a few minutes walk from either side beaches, the staff kept it clean and tidy.
The bed was soft and comfortable and the aircon was clean and cold on hot days.
The hotel has a restaurant where you receive discount on your food/drinks and is above the hotels minimart which has better pricing than the nearby 7/11.
When i return in February i will stay here again."

"The hotel staffs offer great service. They provide luggage pick-up and drop-off service between the jetty and our room. Hotel is at the right most end of the Pattaya beach after getting off from the jetty, which is about a quick 5minutes walk. Near to the walking street which is very convenient, with a lot of restaurants and massage shops. However, the floor of the room is very sticky, aircond takes a long time to bring down the temperature too. Cleanliness can be improved."

"Fantastic resort, beautiful gardens and large swimming pool (nearly always quiet in 1st week December). Just a short walk down hill/steps to beach. A short walk to north end of sunrise beach to where zodiac bar is. Breakfast is very varied and very good quality. One downside is only one coffee machine which isn’t enough to serve guests so always a long queue. We had grand garden villa which were so big. Massive terrace/balcony too but no furniture so just a big wasted space - 2 loungers would be great if the resort could add in the future. Would definitely stay again for a third visit to Lipe"

AAnonim KullanıcıVery nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

MMarldeboneI have no idea how Idllyic rates as highly as it does. And I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels on Koh Lipe, so I’ve got a good basis for local comparison.
It’s not *bad* - the problem is that it’s priced as a premium option when the reality is in many ways non-premium. It looks kind of fancy on the outside, but that’s a veneer.
Basically, it’s bad *value*. If they charged half as much as they do I’d be giving it 8/10 & be pretty happy. But for what they charge it’s a disappointing 4/10.
The good:
The beach is beautiful. This end of Sunrise Beach is one of the nicer spots.
Lots of sun-lounges placed on/near the actual beach, which can be lacking at some places.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Not as proactive as I’ve experienced elsewhere (which is probably a management issue) - but they’re still good.
The setting / gardens are quite nice, albeit feel a bit cramped - lots of big buildings in a small space.
The bad:
While in general I’d rate the cleanliness of the place as high, there were several large & obvious stains on the duvet (very visible through a (clean) top sheet).
The room (a “Deluxe Cabana Garden View”) was quite small for the price. The place I stayed on Koh Lipe immediately prior - which was leagues better in every way - about 25% more money got me a (much nicer) room ~3x the size.
Room was looking pretty tired & quite poorly maintained. Particularly the bathroom.
Multiple rain leaks in the shower ceiling/walls - one above the towel rain, and combined they splash water all over the bathroom floor. Cracked perspex panels & rotted wood trims in the bathroom, poorly applied caulk & overpaint, water stains, etc. Both doors jam in their frames. The sort of rooms that probably looked/were amazing when new, but not any more.
Shower doesn’t drain properly & often lets out septic-tank-smells. Not uncommon for accom on a small island like Lipe, and not the end of the world, but I would’ve expected better for the price. Plus a (fresh water) leak from a hose connected to the toilet.
Food & drink prices are obscene for Thailand, even by the standards of higher-end places on Lipe. And to add insult the food items I tried were average. It’s also literally the only place I’ve stayed (or eaten) on Lipe which adds VAT & a 10% service charge - that I have zero confidence is actually going to the staff - on top of prices. Which just feels cheap & petty. Charge what you’re going to charge - but just list what the total cost is going to be.
Breakfast buffet is disappointing - variety is poor (for the price point), food isn’t great, and any “hot” food that’s not cooked specifically for you will be cold.
The annoying:
They practically force you to install their app, nominally to allow messaging with the hotel staff. And it does do that. But they also use it to spam you with constant push notifications trying to get you to buy stuff. They’ve sent 7 *so far* just today. And there’s no way to turn them off. The fact they don’t have a way to disable promotions says a lot about the place I think.
The rooms are really poorly *designed*, eg:
One accessible powerpoint in the entire room (outside the bathroom) - and it has the switch & plug so close that you can’t plug a phone charger into it. There isn’t even a power point for the kettle.
The chandelier-lamps in the room act like wind chimes with the AC on. So you can either have a cool room, or have a constant jangling noise.
Very hard & uncomfortable mattresses (a bit subjective, but these are *hard*).
One small towel rail in the whole bathroom/room. Good luck if you want to hang two bath towels - or even a hand towel - or want to dry your swimsuit inside.
I’ll finish reiterating what I said at the start - this place isn’t *bad*. It’s just not particularly good, in a whole myriad of ways, while pitching & pricing itself like it’s great. You can do far better for the same (actually, less) money.

Bu otelde pek fazla insan kalmıyormuş ve hoparlörler toz topluyormuş gibi geliyor.
Servis: Planlanan evlilik yıldönümü gerçekten dekore edilmişti, ancak bu kadar pahalı bir otelde yatağa konulan şapkalar hediye olarak verilmiyordu ve plaj çantalarının da satın alınması gerekiyordu, çıkış yaparken gerçekten rahatsız oldum ve. içecekler ve atıştırmalıklar için bir bar vardı. Sadece fotoğrafa bakın ve ne deneyimlediğimi anlayacaksınız. Hizmetler, personel, hepsi birinci sınıf. Ve kahvaltı lezzetli.

MMatt_La_BayouI came to Koh Lipe and chose this place with very low expectations. But the beach bungalow at Castaway really blew my expectations. I've stayed in many beach front properties during my travels,but this one is literally right by the white Sandy beach. Totally giving you the beach getaway. The bungalow is two stories, the top floor houses the main/big bedroom with huge terrace/verandah complete with lounge chairs and swings. Two more beds can be found on the ground floor including a big bathroom
The restaurant/beach bar is amazing. Great service with variety of choices. The seaside massage hut also didn't dosappoint. Getting a massage with the sound of rolling waves just hit differently. The BEST part, I booked the island hopping and snorkeling trip directly from the hotel and we got picked up right in front of the place.Not just that, the price is cheaper than the ones offered on the walking street. We got the whole boat just to three of us for 600 THB each, heck, it even includes underwater photography and video. The cute and friendly three-legged paw paw resort patrol is just an icing on the cake. Great price, amazing experience, excellent hospitality by the staffs made me smile as I write this review. I will be back!!

MMisafir KullanıcıOne of the best locations, right by the beach, pier, walking street. I booked pool access. It's excellent and the best choice. It feels like an Oasis. Room is big, amenities is excellent. Warm water is good and strong. Air-conditioned is perfect, cool and no smell. Free bottles of water. Service is excellent!! Breakfast is various of choices and impressive.
Cons: Bathroom has a smell of the bad water smells every day. Some of the maids,sweeping the dust at the balcony directly to the swimming pool. Unfortunately, i couldn't record the video in time, because I was inside the swimming pool & saw it by my eyes. I had complained it already to the reception when we checked out. Hope, they will be seriously about it.
Anyway, sadly, the reviews allowed only pictures, I had the video more than pictures.

WWiktoria BadoraThe hotel has an island vibe with half-opened bathrooms (avoid if you’re scared of frogs and geckos). We had an issue with door not closing properly but thankfully it was fixed after we reported it. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the area around the hotel when walking to Pattaya Beach is very messy with a lot of trash but that seems to be the case in most of Koh Lipe’s back streets. The hotel area was cleaned daily. The little swimming pool in front of the room looks nice but we didn’t use it because it’s next to the main path in the resort and it wasn’t particularly clean.

The room has Balinese architecture attached. Swimming pool and garden landscaping both are amazing.
** Friendly staff, Clean, pick up & drop off service from Jetty is free.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner so yummy.
High standard service level.
Kudos to the management & all crew.
I can't thank you enough for looking after us.
I will definitely come again soon

BBoon Pou TanMain complaints:
1) the wifi is really bad and unstable, almost non-existence throughout our stays.
2) the lighting is poor in both the bathroom and living area, especially at washbasin. The whole room only has 2 light switches!! Could add more lights for the comfort of users.
3) the hot water shower is not working well, hardly any hot water.
4) both the washbasin and shower drainage are clogged badly.
Overall San Pita is way over-priced - not up to the standard of Thai hospitality and values expected.
5) the breakfast served is so simple and ordinary, no variety and the same for the 3 days we stayed. So un-Thai!!

Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri, giriş işleminin 1 saatten fazla sürmesi nedeniyle sıkıcıydı. Ayrıca, depozitonuzu geri almak için çıkışta 10 dakikalık bir bekleme süresi de var. Bu yüzden ödeme yapmak ve bir kahve içmek ve daha sonra parayı almak için geri gelmek en iyisidir.
Saat 13:00'ten önce giriş yapamazsınız ancak saat 10:00'dan önce çıkış yapmanız gerekmektedir; bu, adadaki diğer birçok tatil yerinden çok daha erkendir.
Kahvaltı, tek bir küçük kahve makinesi için çok az çeşitlilik ve uzun ipuçları formuyla buna değmezdi. Yan taraftaki kahve dükkanına gitmek daha iyi.
