Staff were SO helpful & welcoming to us, be it the receptionists , maintainance and the restaurant servers, please keep up the good service so more can experience your great service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach was nearby and AMAZING. Definitely will return!!!"

"The hotel staffs offer great service. They provide luggage pick-up and drop-off service between the jetty and our room. Hotel is at the right most end of the Pattaya beach after getting off from the jetty, which is about a quick 5minutes walk. Near to the walking street which is very convenient, with a lot of restaurants and massage shops. However, the floor of the room is very sticky, aircond takes a long time to bring down the temperature too. Cleanliness can be improved."

"Otel denizin hemen kıyısındaki kumsalda yer alıyor. Tesisleri ve aktivite seçenekleri oldukça zengindi. Tek olumsuz yanı, otelin kuzeyde olmasıydı; otele giden yol uzun, virajlı ve küçük bir köyün içinden geçiyor. Personel sıcakkanlı ve misafirperverdi. Odalar ahşaptan yapılmış olmasına rağmen mahremiyet iyiydi. Duşta sıcak su yoktu; klima olmamasına rağmen vantilatörler yeterince serinletiyordu. Oda içinde kasa mevcuttu ancak TV yoktu. Wi-Fi sinyali de vasattı, belki odanın konumu çok içeride kaldığı içindi. Özellikle belirtmek gerekir ki, oda fiyatına dahil olan kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve doyurucuydu; meyve ve içecekler açık büfe şeklinde sınırsızdı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığım bir konaklama deneyimiydi. 😍"

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list.
Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday.

"Although I give the resort good marks overall I still have somewhat mixed feelings. For two days of the trip we stayed in a superior bungalow which is obviously the oldest part of the resort accommodations. They are really very small and there is very little room for bags and clothes and the bathroom is very small. Also our room was back to back attached to another bungalow and there was very little sound proofing between the rooms.
After two nights we upgraded to the newest part of the resort near the pool....and yes...it cost a bit more. But the rooms overlooking the pool are much more spacious and have adequate closet space and bathroom . They gave us a discount on the upgrade and it was well worth it.
The breakfast was adequate but not extensive.
The staff was very helpful.
It's in a good location on the beach near the ferry port....which was handy."

"Fantastic resort, beautiful gardens and large swimming pool (nearly always quiet in 1st week December). Just a short walk down hill/steps to beach. A short walk to north end of sunrise beach to where zodiac bar is. Breakfast is very varied and very good quality. One downside is only one coffee machine which isn’t enough to serve guests so always a long queue. We had grand garden villa which were so big. Massive terrace/balcony too but no furniture so just a big wasted space - 2 loungers would be great if the resort could add in the future. Would definitely stay again for a third visit to Lipe"

"The hotel was in the centre of the island so a few minutes walk from either side beaches, the staff kept it clean and tidy.
The bed was soft and comfortable and the aircon was clean and cold on hot days.
The hotel has a restaurant where you receive discount on your food/drinks and is above the hotels minimart which has better pricing than the nearby 7/11.
When i return in February i will stay here again."

MMisafir KullanıcıTen Moons was amazing and the Staff even better. I am a single father traveling with my two children and this Staff predicted whatever we needed or wanted before we could speak it. Pen and Fa were wonderful in coordinating day trips for us. Somehow are room was cleaned everyday while we had our quick breakfast.
Markie, Panida, LeLe and EiEi were so wonderful in the restaurant. My children looked forward to going there for every meal to be able to joke and laugh with all of them.
They taught us a lot about island life and Thai language. We miss them already and will definitely be coming back as often as possible.
Oh, and Smiley the dog. We will miss him too. This is an wonderful place.

MMatt_La_BayouI came to Koh Lipe and chose this place with very low expectations. But the beach bungalow at Castaway really blew my expectations. I've stayed in many beach front properties during my travels,but this one is literally right by the white Sandy beach. Totally giving you the beach getaway. The bungalow is two stories, the top floor houses the main/big bedroom with huge terrace/verandah complete with lounge chairs and swings. Two more beds can be found on the ground floor including a big bathroom
The restaurant/beach bar is amazing. Great service with variety of choices. The seaside massage hut also didn't dosappoint. Getting a massage with the sound of rolling waves just hit differently. The BEST part, I booked the island hopping and snorkeling trip directly from the hotel and we got picked up right in front of the place.Not just that, the price is cheaper than the ones offered on the walking street. We got the whole boat just to three of us for 600 THB each, heck, it even includes underwater photography and video. The cute and friendly three-legged paw paw resort patrol is just an icing on the cake. Great price, amazing experience, excellent hospitality by the staffs made me smile as I write this review. I will be back!!

MMarldeboneI have no idea how Idllyic rates as highly as it does. And I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels on Koh Lipe, so I’ve got a good basis for local comparison.
It’s not *bad* - the problem is that it’s priced as a premium option when the reality is in many ways non-premium. It looks kind of fancy on the outside, but that’s a veneer.
Basically, it’s bad *value*. If they charged half as much as they do I’d be giving it 8/10 & be pretty happy. But for what they charge it’s a disappointing 4/10.
The good:
The beach is beautiful. This end of Sunrise Beach is one of the nicer spots.
Lots of sun-lounges placed on/near the actual beach, which can be lacking at some places.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Not as proactive as I’ve experienced elsewhere (which is probably a management issue) - but they’re still good.
The setting / gardens are quite nice, albeit feel a bit cramped - lots of big buildings in a small space.
The bad:
While in general I’d rate the cleanliness of the place as high, there were several large & obvious stains on the duvet (very visible through a (clean) top sheet).
The room (a “Deluxe Cabana Garden View”) was quite small for the price. The place I stayed on Koh Lipe immediately prior - which was leagues better in every way - about 25% more money got me a (much nicer) room ~3x the size.
Room was looking pretty tired & quite poorly maintained. Particularly the bathroom.
Multiple rain leaks in the shower ceiling/walls - one above the towel rain, and combined they splash water all over the bathroom floor. Cracked perspex panels & rotted wood trims in the bathroom, poorly applied caulk & overpaint, water stains, etc. Both doors jam in their frames. The sort of rooms that probably looked/were amazing when new, but not any more.
Shower doesn’t drain properly & often lets out septic-tank-smells. Not uncommon for accom on a small island like Lipe, and not the end of the world, but I would’ve expected better for the price. Plus a (fresh water) leak from a hose connected to the toilet.
Food & drink prices are obscene for Thailand, even by the standards of higher-end places on Lipe. And to add insult the food items I tried were average. It’s also literally the only place I’ve stayed (or eaten) on Lipe which adds VAT & a 10% service charge - that I have zero confidence is actually going to the staff - on top of prices. Which just feels cheap & petty. Charge what you’re going to charge - but just list what the total cost is going to be.
Breakfast buffet is disappointing - variety is poor (for the price point), food isn’t great, and any “hot” food that’s not cooked specifically for you will be cold.
The annoying:
They practically force you to install their app, nominally to allow messaging with the hotel staff. And it does do that. But they also use it to spam you with constant push notifications trying to get you to buy stuff. They’ve sent 7 *so far* just today. And there’s no way to turn them off. The fact they don’t have a way to disable promotions says a lot about the place I think.
The rooms are really poorly *designed*, eg:
One accessible powerpoint in the entire room (outside the bathroom) - and it has the switch & plug so close that you can’t plug a phone charger into it. There isn’t even a power point for the kettle.
The chandelier-lamps in the room act like wind chimes with the AC on. So you can either have a cool room, or have a constant jangling noise.
Very hard & uncomfortable mattresses (a bit subjective, but these are *hard*).
One small towel rail in the whole bathroom/room. Good luck if you want to hang two bath towels - or even a hand towel - or want to dry your swimsuit inside.
I’ll finish reiterating what I said at the start - this place isn’t *bad*. It’s just not particularly good, in a whole myriad of ways, while pitching & pricing itself like it’s great. You can do far better for the same (actually, less) money.

Balcony has a great view of the sea, with a hammock to relax. Food service is excellent, lots of choice in their breakfast menu plus its a halal and muslim owned hotel. Excellent and very friendly staffs, everyone is so warm and welcoming. Will definitely return here again on our next visit to Koh Lipe!

Hijyen: Bekçi odası iyi. Açık yüzme havuzunda çok fazla karınca var. Ayrıca yüzme havuzunun yanında yemek yerken de çok fazla sinek oluyor.
Bu otelde pek fazla insan kalmıyormuş ve hoparlörler toz topluyormuş gibi geliyor.
Servis: Planlanan evlilik yıldönümü gerçekten dekore edilmişti, ancak bu kadar pahalı bir otelde yatağa konulan şapkalar hediye olarak verilmiyordu ve plaj çantalarının da satın alınması gerekiyordu, çıkış yaparken gerçekten rahatsız oldum ve. içecekler ve atıştırmalıklar için bir bar vardı. Bir de ücreti vardı. Bu fiyata bu kadar cimri bir otel bulmak gerçekten çok nadir.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe enjoyed our stay in the hostel. It has a good quality-price relationship, it is clean and really well located. The common area is really cool, and they have free drinks (coffee, water, milo) and cookies for everyone.
We were in a double beds dorm for 3 nights, which included 4 beds per room (8 people) and was nice and quite, except for one night when one of the couples in the room came back drunk and was talking loudly and snoring after, but that was not the hostel's fault. The hotel staff kept our luggage after the check out for free.
Wifi connection is good only if you are close to the reception, otherwise you lose it, which is a bit annoying. It is worth knowing that they have a messaging business going on so most of the day there is A LOT of movement on the ground floor next to the reception with people picking up their packages.

The room has Balinese architecture attached. Swimming pool and garden landscaping both are amazing.
** Friendly staff, Clean, pick up & drop off service from Jetty is free.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner so yummy.
High standard service level.
Kudos to the management & all crew.
I can't thank you enough for looking after us.
I will definitely come again soon

Kahvaltı iyiydi ama kalışımızın sonunda biraz sıkıcı olmaya başladı.
