From the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!! Pros: - Stunning location - Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic! - Great breakfast selection - Food available all day - Clean - Staff helpful and friendly - Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free - Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing - Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!) - Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas Cons: - One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists - No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in) - No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away) - Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs) We would most certainly stay here again!

很美的海灘別墅，好像麗貝島衹有這一家，位置在日出海灘田園和賽倫中間，很完美，鬧中取靜，房子有個大的觀景屋頂，我們早上還在家裡看了日出，老闆koby和小豬是一對中泰夫妻，溝通無障礙，特別nice還幫我們安排接送和出海，釣了魚回來做飯，特別方便，下次還會帶着家人回來的0

Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

Happy to Stay here! It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name ”Cast Away.” The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning 🤍🤍🤍

The hotel staffs offer great service. They provide luggage pick-up and drop-off service between the jetty and our room. Hotel is at the right most end of the Pattaya beach after getting off from the jetty, which is about a quick 5minutes walk. Near to the walking street which is very convenient, with a lot of restaurants and massage shops. However, the floor of the room is very sticky, aircond takes a long time to bring down the temperature too. Cleanliness can be improved.

Great location on sunrise beach, super friendly staff and amazing service. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Pool clean and maintained and amenities like the beach chairs, kayaks etc were great, would stay again!!!

All great ! Thoroughly enjoyed during 7 nights staying The room has Balinese architecture attached. Swimming pool and garden landscaping both are amazing. ** Friendly staff, Clean, pick up & drop off service from Jetty is free. Breakfast, lunch & dinner so yummy. High standard service level. Deniz kenarında kalmak istemiyorsanız, kalmak için harika bir yer. Gün doğumunu izlemek istiyorsanız plaja sadece 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve Walking Street'e beş dakika uzaklıkta. Odalar cömert büyüklükte ve her gün temizleniyor. Mekan temiz ve düzenli ve personel her ihtiyacınızda yardımcı olmak için her zaman hazır. Havuz her sabah temizleniyor ve ne zaman kullanabileceğiniz konusunda hiçbir kısıtlama olmaması benim için bir artı, çünkü sabah 6.00'da kalkıyorum ve kahvaltıdan önce bir saat yüzebiliyorum. Kahvaltının kendisi basit ama yeterli - düşük sezonda gittik bu yüzden diğer zamanlarda farklı olabilir. Olumlu bir notla bitirmek gerekirse, feribot terminaline gidiş ve dönüş için bir alma ve bırakma hizmeti var - buna kendi Executive Transferimiz diyoruz. Bunu deneyimleyenler ne demek istediğimi anlayacaktır! Harika bir deneyim için San Pita'ya teşekkürler.

We have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!

Отель чуть в далеко от всей движухи. Свой чистый бассейн на пляже, хоть и крошечный. Полотенца дают. Персонал хороший,но уборка так себе) Завтраки хорошие. Номер так себе, в полу щели, старый, розетки не работают, искрят, вместо 2 кроватей двуспальная и односпальная, дали 3 кровати одной единой лежанкой. Немного странно так спать. Стола в номере небыло. Зато была прекрасная кошечка с котятами. Пожалуйста, покормите котиков как будете в этом отеле и налейте свежей воды🫶
