"We had an excellent stay at Home2 Suites Denver Downtown. The hotel features superb modern facilities — spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchenettes, and a comfortable layout perfect for both short and extended stays.
The location is ideal: just steps from the Free MallRide bus, making it easy to get to Union Station, and very close to 16th Street Mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
The complimentary breakfast was generous and varied, with options to suit different tastes. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth.
Overall, this is a top-notch, convenient, and comfortable base for exploring Denver."

"There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though."

"It was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the
shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice."

MMisafir KullanıcıNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

Mini shop with snacks and pharmacy items.
Fitness room was very clean. Had a cable machine, dumbbells, treadmill, cross trainer.
Just didn’t have leg machines or barbells.
Provides towels and water fountain in gym.
Spacious elevators.
Had a pod machine with coffee provided but no hot water in room for tea, but can get boiling water in the lobby.
Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

CChristina McDuffieThough I wasn't there much but to sleep mostly the place was nice and clean check in was easy the lady was extremely helpful and nice made me feel welcoming they had a pool there didn't get to use it though cuz I didn't have time same with hot tub and I'm sure it was nice the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice and clean the facility itself was on a pretty clean service was nice my only thing I would say about this place that wasn't all the best was the food for breakfast it was kind of cold although they do give biscuits and gravy eggs sausage that's all nice and good but it would definitely taste better if it was warm other than that it was a good experience and I enjoyed it and I would definitely stay there again

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help.
We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings.
I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

AAnniemattNice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!

I had an amazing experience at Hostel Fish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is social yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for solo travelers or groups looking to meet new people.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like privacy curtains, lockers, and charging ports by each bed. The common areas, including the bar, were lively and a great place to unwind after exploring Denver. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and attractions.
Another highlight was the staff-led activities and recommendations—they genuinely want you to have a great time in the city. If you're looking for a hostel with a fun, social, and comfortable stay, Hostel Fish is the place to be!

Close enough to walk to plenty of restaurant options from Taco Bell and Chipotle to Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excellent Thai food, etc. We did not have to use or move our vehicle during the entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The big and only issue which we had was no hot water in the room for the first two days of our stay and that hot shower is vital! We were complimented breakfast and a beverage for one day, so this helped to make up for the lack of hot water in the hotel for those two days. The breakfast was excellent and the only hot meal we were able to have in the 3 mornings we were in Denver, but would have been economically out of our reach if not complimentary.
