"3泊4日で泊まりました。
午前に飛行機が到着したので早めに休みたいと思い、予定よりも早めのチェックインをしましたが、追加料金はありませんでした。受付の方はとても親切に説明していただきました。
客室の良い点ですが、ベッドはとても綺麗にメイキングされておりとてもフカフカでした。またバルコニーもついており、ビーチ側の客室だととても心地が良いです。
ホテルの立地はとてもよく、ビーチや市内巡回バス停も近く観光をするにはとても良い立地です。鶏が外にいて、たまに彼らの音で目が覚めました。
客室のマイナス点ですが、客室のドアがとても重い上にうまく閉まらない時が何度かありました。また、シャワーの扉が完全に閉まらなく、シャワー中外に水が漏れてしまうことが多々ありました。
また、コーヒーメーカーのコーヒーがとても古く酸化していました。
ホテルの立地のマイナス点ですが、夜のクラブのような音、周囲の治安（公園の住人がウロついてる）が少しありました。
We stayed this hotel for 3days.
Our airplane was arrived early so we wanted to rest. We did early check in, but there was no extra fee.
Positive point
• Bed making was great, clean
• All room have balcony
• location was very nice, near the beach, shopping area, high brand shops ex
• On every Friday, we can see a fireworks at the beach
• In the morning, rosters? hens? shout their noise, so it made me wake up easier.
Negative point
• Our room’s door was so heavy and sometimes we can’t close it very well.
• Shower room’s door can’t close perfectly, so sometimes the floor got little bit wet.
• the coffee maker’s coffee powder was very old and included oxygen, so taste was not really good.
• Sometimes, noise of the clubhouse was so loud and it made me uncomfortable to sleep."

"9月中旬，剛好有幾天空閑時間，考慮出國幾天，將護照翻出，美國簽證還有效（未登記EVUS的旅友們趕快登記，9月30開始CBP收30美刀登記費），選擇夏威夷檀香山，出發前看攜程的介紹，Waikiki Resort Hotel性價比不錯，趕快預訂了。到酒店辦理入住時，酒店的小姐姐Charity詳細解釋了酒店的情況，還將有關情況的中文版提供給我兩個不太懂英語的好友。Charity還特別對我説明，按攜程轉告的要求，安排了頂層19樓的房間給我。上房後一看，房間超出想象，一房一廳，房間視野開闊，乾淨整潔。有兩個問題要説明我的觀點：一是早餐問題，我認為酒店早餐已不錯了，美國的商旅酒店（3鑽4鑽）的都是這樣的，如要享受國內的酒店早餐的檔次，那就要訂檀香山三四千元一晚的五星級酒店了。二是停車費問題，酒店是有償停車的，停一天要收47美刀多一點。但後來在酒店周邊逛一逛，威基基海灘的酒店都是這樣收費的，某些大牌的連鎖酒店還要收10美刀/小時。有個省錢辦法：到旁邊一條街的 Kuhio Village 1103 的地下車庫看看，幸運發現空位的可以停車，24小時30美刀，用信用卡付款，將收據放在車內展示，記住要在時限內開走，否則拖車。或者到附近有停車位的街道、動物園的停車場試試，但街道的車位要每天早上6:00前開走，否則拖車費用自付。總之，希望攜程今後繼續利用所擁有的海量國內用户作籌碼，與海外的商家討價還價，為國內用户爭取最好性價比的酒店和其他消費場所。"

"Couple of things about this hotel everyone should be aware of. 1) you will need to pay close to $60 for resort fee, in which I believe is ripoff. 2) amenities are not great, so you will need to bring extras of what you need. 3) no water. 4) they are under construction! I was waken up at 6am on daily basis, sometimes it continues through out the night (post 10pm!). 5) what I would say is that, the location is prime, very convenient to the beach!
If I return back to Honolulu in the future; will certainly think twice before I choose this hotel again……."

"For our recent trip to Hawaii, we chose the Poolside Suite at Wayfinder Waikiki — and it was such a great choice.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a tropical, laid-back style, and had direct access to the pool right from the terrace. It honestly felt like our own private villa!
The pool area is small but super stylish and peaceful — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. ☕️
The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the whole vibe of the hotel felt very local and welcoming.
One thing to note: it’s a little bit of a walk from the main strip of Waikiki, but that also means it’s quieter and more relaxing.
If you’re looking to enjoy both the beach and a cool hotel experience, this is a great place to stay!"

NNoskovConsider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me.
Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out.
I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner.
Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive.
Definitely would stay there again soon.

Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience.
First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level.
I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure.
A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised.
Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is very good although if I go back and decide to stay in Waikiki again I would choose the Hilton Village instead. The room was lovely and we were allowed to check in earlier and also got upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was fab! The check in member of staff was lovely and polite ! There is a small gym and yoga class 3 times a week Tuesday- Thursday at 8AM. You can hire free of charge 1 beach item per room per day such as beach chair or surfboard. Also towel hiring free of charge thru the vending machine. Parking is valet only and it costs $50 per day so we parked near the Honolulu zoo for free only 12-15 mins walk from hotel. Overall we are satisfied as we liked the room and location. The magicians at the lobby trying to sell you tickets to the magic show were a bit over the top and I would have preferred to not have to deal with them every time I went past.

シャワーの出が悪かったので電話したらすぐ直してもらったりと対応もよかった
景色はあまりよくなかったがそこは求めていないので
少しお安く泊まれました
リゾートフィーは取らないところも良いし
ホテル下にはスタバがあり空いてる！穴場です
アラモアナメインブラブラしたい方にはオススメホテルです
従業員も対応よかったです。

MMisafir KullanıcıIn the hotel's restaurant. We had to wait some considerable time to be attended to, we ended up seating ourselves, getting our own menus and water, whilst the sole server juggled his other responsibilities.
After a very ordinary fish & chips meal, with the thinnest fries we've ever seen we received a bill for the equivalent of AUD $90 to which not only had a 4% kitchen charge been added but additionally a further 18% service charge. Neither the meal or service justified this charge in any way. We left what we considered to be a fair and reasonable payment which more than covered the cost. For the AUD$ 75 cost we could have fed four people with a far better quality meal.
We had been unable to use our drinks voucher in the restaurant, so after the meal we went to the bar in the same hotel to use our vouchers to get a drink. Whilst there a very disgruntled server from the restaurant and some random woman from the bar came and accosted us, snatching a jam jar of tap water we had brought round with us to finish at the bar. We were basically accused of stealing a jam jar of tap water whilst sitting at a bar in the same hotel, as paying guests! A waiter from the restaurant hung around the entire time just to ensure he got his jam jar back!
Next morning we loaded our own cases onto the free shuttle bus. The driver tried to dismantle our cases, we asked him to leave our cases to allow space for other guests & we wanted them to stand in the luggage space adjacent to the rack, as they had done on the way to the hotel. The driver began shouting at us, threw a tantrum & went to get his boss, who came out & saw no issue with our cases. The driver then began driving recklessly, racing round corners and braking heavily. Guests had to tell him to slowdown and stop driving dangerously. He then made all the guests remove their own bags unassisted after we informed him his behaviour certainly did not warrant any tips!
A shocking & horrible end to our holiday & not a very good advertisement for the USA Dreadful tipping culture of entitlement even if service does not warrant it!

DdawoWe were a bit disappointed initially with the cleanliness as there was a stain on the bed sheet upon entering the room. Thankfully, housekeeping changed it within the hour. The place is located in a central location, close to the beachfront at Waikiki, with a partnership with beachfront stores for beach equipment, as well as GoPros, sunscreen, lotion etc. that can be borrowed, included in the resort rate.
However, the age of the hotel is really starting to show, it is in need of not just a touch up but an overhaul where possible. To be fair, the price, especially that paid for during this period, was a fair representation especially compared to neighbouring downtown hotels, given you do receive much more space and a kitchenette with microwave in the case of the 1 bedroom suite. However, I would say that I would have enjoyed my stay far more if at least some work was put in to modernise the space. In particular, my bathtub had peeling paint, and the colours of the room need some work.
