"カウアイ島メインだったので、今回はアラモアナ完結で二泊三日宿泊しました。 アラモアナに直結しているのでとても便利 フードコートで食事したり ホテル最上階のSignature Steak&Seafoodでサンセットを見ながらしっかりディナーをしてみたり アラモアナビーチにも行ける 無料ウォーターサーバーもある シャワーの出が悪かったので電話したらすぐ直してもらったりと対応もよかった 景色はあまりよくなかったがそこは求めていないので 少しお安く泊まれました リゾートフィーは取らないところも良いし ホテル下にはスタバがあり空いてる！穴場です アラモアナメインブラブラしたい方にはオススメホテルです 従業員も対応よかったです。"

"ハレプナはまだ新しく、内装はとても綺麗です。 お部屋も清潔で、シャワーの水圧も文句なしです。預けた荷物は部屋まで持ってきて下さりサービスもよいです。 アメニティは部屋に置かれてませんがフロントに頼めば持ってきてくれるようです。立地はシェラトンとロイヤルハワイアンセンター、ロイヤルハワイアンホテルの裏にあり目立たないもののすごく便利です"

"Melissa, Jessie and Mr Kalani were all amazing service providers! I had one of the best and most comfortable stays here thanks to them. They are always ready to accommodate and help! They usually start shift around the afternoon to evening time however! The facilities were all great too! Being able to have a microwave and an ice box as well as ask for extra amenities like toothbrushes and body lotion was never too tough a task. Also it is close to 2 big malls -, namely waikiki and international marketplace. It was within walking distance to other big brand names and one can easily join in the fun on the streets. The only downfall was the other customers and how thin the walls were - which meant noises and talking even in the middle of the night. But other than that, it was a great stay. Great for solo travellers too :)"

"Coconut Waikiki hotel was conveniently located in walking distance from Waikiki. Had a very nice view to river and had various amenities available to the guests. We enjoyed our stay and it had exceeded our expectations."

"Great staff—always willing to help. The lobby is really nice, with a beautiful aquarium and comfortable seating areas. The room is smaller compared to Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we loved the clean décor. Our balcony had an ocean view, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hilton waikiki resort and spa Check in was seamless the receptionist was knowledgable and informed us about multiple things to do /places to eat 8/10 The carpet in the hall ways proved difficult with 3 suitcases each so if you have numerous cases help maybe the easier option.4/10 The room was spotless on arrival could still smell the cleaning agent. The room was spacious two queen beds small balcony with table n 2 chairs. Tv/fridge/dvd player all great. Rent a dvd option is great lots to choose from. Just make sure you return it. 8/10 The iron however must not get used or inspected as when we went to use this it spit out black gunk and grit. So be careful with that. We did call for a new one and someone came within 20 minutes gave us a new one and took the old one. The lady cleaning our room was fantastic! she was there 9 out of 10 days of our stay nothing was too much trouble, we gave her a great tip for all her hard work! 10/10 The pool area does not get the sun all day so if you are a sun worshipper be aware there is times the pool area is fully shaded but it is clean - we were there December 3-13 and there was no fighting for a bed so to speak. In the height of summer that could be an issue. The pool area has 2 cabanas ($100) and 6 day beds ($45) these are an extra charge and were never used by anyone in our 10 day trip. Extra loungers that are free would be much more useful to customers in such a small space in our opinion. There is a small smokers section for those who need it. The pool bar offers drinks and snacks the service was friendly and efficient it is cashless so need card or phone with you unless you charge to room. The food menu was okay price wise (chicken tenders and fries $18) the drinks prices are elevated but i guess that is expected in the hotel bar (bucket of 4 small cans of beer or seltzer 330ml ish $25) 7/10 You can collect you pool towels at the pool using ur room card but Be aware that you have to return your towels as there is a $25 fee if you do not. We used the main stairs daily unfortunately these do not get cleaned as often as you would think. We reported spill marks on the main stairs on the second day. It was like someone spilled their cup of tea or coffee, 9 days later the spillage marks are still there. To some this might seem pedantic but this hotel is a Hilton costing approximately (AUD $3967) (USD $2580) (GPB £1929) for 10 nights bed n breakfast a clean lobby and staircase should be standard. 1/10 Be aware they offer grand vacation timeshares in their lobby unless you want to waste 1/2 a day of your holiday do not sign up it is not only 2 hours. Also do not let the staff “inflate” your income to make you eligible to sign up. They Conservatively start from USD $30,000 so if you have that to invest in your future holidays this will get you the lowest levels of Hilton timeshare points available. This is pushed in the lobby while you enquire about day trips out. 1/10 Breakfast which was included in the cost of our stay was basic there was not much variety but there was fresh fruit each day. 5/10 Overall our stay was a 7/10"

"The hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated. The point of difference is the shade provided by numerous umbrellas and some shade trees. There is also bar and food service to your deckchair. The rooms are midsized suitable for two people and have a good sized lanai. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is compact with shower over bath. Room lighting is dimmable and kettle available upon request. A safe is provided. A criticism would be the small fridge, 6 cans, a milk and a couple of yoghurts is about it. This is the best budget end hotel in Waikiki but budget still unfortunately isn't cheap these days. Overall an enjoyable stay with pool crew being the icing on the cake."

"Location was great. Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?  Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel. The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again."

"有歡迎飲料，服務員很熱情，每天valet停車40刀，位置方便，唯一的不足是裝修有點老舊，窗式空調有點噪音，臨街房間早上會有點吵。早餐可以，水果豐富，就是收的時間有點早，9點半一到，什麼可吃的都沒有了。There are welcome drinks. The waiters are very enthusiastic. valet parking costs 40 dollars a day. The location is convenient. The only drawback is that the decoration is a bit old. The window air conditioner is a little noisy. The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy in the morning.Breakfast is fine. There are plenty of fruits, but they are served a bit early. By 9:30, there's nothing left to eat."
