Service from front desk was great. Love that we could get beach chairs and towels. The espresso machine coffee was very good and beds comfortable.

Hilton waikiki resort and spa Check in was seamless the receptionist was knowledgable and informed us about multiple things to do /places to eat 8/10 The carpet in the hall ways proved difficult with 3 suitcases each so if you have numerous cases help maybe the easier option.4/10 The room was spotless on arrival could still smell the cleaning agent. The room was spacious two queen beds small balcony with table n 2 chairs. Tv/fridge/dvd player all great. Rent a dvd option is great lots to choose from. Just make sure you return it. 8/10 The iron however must not get used or inspected as when we went to use this it spit out black gunk and grit. So be careful with that. We did call for a new one and someone came within 20 minutes gave us a new one and took the old one. The lady cleaning our room was fantastic! she was there 9 out of 10 days of our stay nothing was too much trouble, we gave her a great tip for all her hard work! 10/10 The pool area does not get the sun all day so if you are a sun worshipper be aware there is times the pool area is fully shaded but it is clean - we were there December 3-13 and there was no fighting for a bed so to speak. In the height of summer that could be an issue. The pool area has 2 cabanas ($100) and 6 day beds ($45) these are an extra charge and were never used by anyone in our 10 day trip. Extra loungers that are free would be much more useful to customers in such a small space in our opinion. There is a small smokers section for those who need it. The pool bar offers drinks and snacks the service was friendly and efficient it is cashless so need card or phone with you unless you charge to room. The food menu was okay price wise (chicken tenders and fries $18) the drinks prices are elevated but i guess that is expected in the hotel bar (bucket of 4 small cans of beer or seltzer 330ml ish $25) 7/10 You can collect you pool towels at the pool using ur room card but Be aware that you have to return your towels as there is a $25 fee if you do not. We used the main stairs daily unfortunately these do not get cleaned as often as you would think. We reported spill marks on the main stairs on the second day. It was like someone spilled their cup of tea or coffee, 9 days later the spillage marks are still there. To some this might seem pedantic but this hotel is a Hilton costing approximately (AUD $3967) (USD $2580) (GPB £1929) for 10 nights bed n breakfast a clean lobby and staircase should be standard. 1/10 Be aware they offer grand vacation timeshares in their lobby unless you want to waste 1/2 a day of your holiday do not sign up it is not only 2 hours. Also do not let the staff “inflate” your income to make you eligible to sign up. They Conservatively start from USD $30,000 so if you have that to invest in your future holidays this will get you the lowest levels of Hilton timeshare points available. This is pushed in the lobby while you enquire about day trips out. 1/10 Breakfast which was included in the cost of our stay was basic there was not much variety but there was fresh fruit each day. 5/10 Overall our stay was a 7/10

酒店位置不錯，服務人員熱情，房間高層也比較安靜，整潔。房間面積比較大。缺點就是第一次去🉐費點時間去找前台。需要找到手扶電梯下到地下一層辦理入住。因為整個樓是商住兩用，樓道里🈶明顯的廚房味道。裝修比較老舊，開車的話🉐從車庫下到一樓，再轉電梯去房間 The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly. The higher floors are relatively quiet and clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only drawback is that it took some time to find the front desk on the first visit. You need to take the escalator down to the first ba*****t floor to check in. As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned. If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room.

Melissa, Jessie and Mr Kalani were all amazing service providers! I had one of the best and most comfortable stays here thanks to them. They are always ready to accommodate and help! They usually start shift around the afternoon to evening time however! The facilities were all great too! Being able to have a microwave and an ice box as well as ask for extra amenities like toothbrushes and body lotion was never too tough a task. Also it is close to 2 big malls -, namely waikiki and international marketplace. It was within walking distance to other big brand names and one can easily join in the fun on the streets. The only downfall was the other customers and how thin the walls were - which meant noises and talking even in the middle of the night. But other than that, it was a great stay. Great for solo travellers too :)

有歡迎飲料，服務員很熱情，每天valet停車40刀，位置方便，唯一的不足是裝修有點老舊，窗式空調有點噪音，臨街房間早上會有點吵。早餐可以，水果豐富，就是收的時間有點早，9點半一到，什麼可吃的都沒有了。There are welcome drinks. The waiters are very enthusiastic. valet parking costs 40 dollars a day. The location is convenient. The only drawback is that the decoration is a bit old. The window air conditioner is a little noisy. The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy in the morning.Breakfast is fine. There are plenty of fruits, but they are served a bit early. By 9:30, there's nothing left to eat.

The Doubletree hotel location is not too bad (10 min walk to Royal Hawaiian Center) but the hotel is quite dated. Expect dust on the ceiling, dirty vent, aged facility. Staff are friendly but limited services can be expected since usually there are only 2 FD staff to deal with all things. No hot water for last night I stayed but FD was able to give me a different room to b shower. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and they let us use the Hilton Hawaiian pool (See pic) and that was nice. Overall for the location wise and price wise, I think Doubletree has good value.

這次住的這間酒店因為看中它是2024年新造的，不會有蟑螂所以入住的，住過之後我覺得有好有壞。 優點：服務很熱情； 游泳池在8樓，很乾凈的一塊地方； 隔樓層就有一個很大的飲水機，可以出房間就能倒水，不用自己買水，也不是在大堂倒水再拎上去，很方便； 酒店有每個小時去waikiki海灘的接駁車，下車的地方見p2，離海灘有一點點距離，大概是每個半點有回程的車來，很方便。 酒店的電梯很快，先在門口要按去的樓層，然後電梯會自動分配，基本上一秒一層，完全沒有高層電梯難的痛苦，這點很好； 對門就是ala moana，沃爾瑪，公交車都有。 再説説缺點：我不知道別的房間怎樣，我們定的房間窗户是個頂天的可移動大窗，一開門，就是一個半人高的玻璃，然後就沒有任何保護措施，也沒有陽台。見p1，也就是説二十幾層樓……直接一開窗，一個大風一刮就會飛出窗外，我覺得是挺危險的。所以後來我們這個窗户都不開了，就開一條縫通風； 雖説是24年新建的房間，但房間的設施已經有些壞了。浴缸下水慢，晾衣繩已經收不回去了，智能馬桶的遙控器也是壞的…… 總的來説我認為這個酒店不值五星，頂多是個四星，可以一住。

Location was great. Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?  Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel. The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again.

2ベットルームスィートを予約していましたが、1ベットルームを2部屋に変更されていました。 夫婦＋友人1人の3人で行ったのですが結果的に快適に過ごせました。 眺望もパーシャルオーシャンビューから、オーシャンビューにアップグレード。景色も楽しむことができました。 設備としては古いですが寝るだけ、と考えたら十分でした。ただシャワーの水圧は壊れてるのかと思うくらい弱かったです… トロリー乗り場、theバスの乗り場も近いので移動には困りませんでしたが、やはり中心（ロイヤルハワイアンの辺り）からは少し遠いので、歩いて帰ると疲れます。

I had the very top floor which i wanted... the view was great but the room only had a small TV in the living room and none in the bedroom :/
