"In the hotel's restaurant. We had to wait some considerable time to be attended to, we ended up seating ourselves, getting our own menus and water, whilst the sole server juggled his other responsibilities. After a very ordinary fish & chips meal, with the thinnest fries we've ever seen we received a bill for the equivalent of AUD $90 to which not only had a 4% kitchen charge been added but additionally a further 18% service charge. Neither the meal or service justified this charge in any way. We left what we considered to be a fair and reasonable payment which more than covered the cost. For the AUD$ 75 cost we could have fed four people with a far better quality meal. We had been unable to use our drinks voucher in the restaurant, so after the meal we went to the bar in the same hotel to use our vouchers to get a drink. Whilst there a very disgruntled server from the restaurant and some random woman from the bar came and accosted us, snatching a jam jar of tap water we had brought round with us to finish at the bar. We were basically accused of stealing a jam jar of tap water whilst sitting at a bar in the same hotel, as paying guests! A waiter from the restaurant hung around the entire time just to ensure he got his jam jar back! Next morning we loaded our own cases onto the free shuttle bus. The driver tried to dismantle our cases, we asked him to leave our cases to allow space for other guests & we wanted them to stand in the luggage space adjacent to the rack, as they had done on the way to the hotel. The driver began shouting at us, threw a tantrum & went to get his boss, who came out & saw no issue with our cases. The driver then began driving recklessly, racing round corners and braking heavily. Guests had to tell him to slowdown and stop driving dangerously. He then made all the guests remove their own bags unassisted after we informed him his behaviour certainly did not warrant any tips! A shocking & horrible end to our holiday & not a very good advertisement for the USA Dreadful tipping culture of entitlement even if service does not warrant it! ."

"Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu'daki son konaklamamız inişler ve çıkışların bir karışımıydı, güçlü yönleri birkaç önemli dezavantajla dengelenmişti. "Loved this hotel so much we extended our stay. The accommodations were great and the hotel is centrally located. The staff is superb and the lobby always smelled amazing. The water dispenser was great for our trip as we were able to refill our canteen."

"I have an issue with this hotel. The power went out. I use a medical device to sleep and I told him I cannot stay in the room to sleep first of all. There’s no air conditioner in Hawaii is very hot number two. I sleep with the medical CPAP machine, so I cannot sleep without that machine. How do they expect me to stay in this room? I checked out of the hotel they told me they would give me a full refund and now they are going back on their word and not refunding my money this is ridiculous."

"One of the more economical hotels to stay at in Waikiki. Definitely would come back to stay here if I'm stuck in Honolulu again. Staff was always friendly and helpful"

"Tesis, süpermarketler, restoranlar, alışveriş ve eğlence tesislerinin tamamıyla oldukça hareketlidir. 20 No'lu otobüs doğrudan havalimanı girişine gidiyor ve bir saatten az sürüyor. Diğer güzergahlarla karşılaştırıldığında 20 No'lu otobüs oldukça fazla. Her cuma saat 19.45'te plajda dört dakikalık havai fişek gösterisi yapılıyor. Otel diş fırçası, diş macunu ve tek kullanımlık terlik sağlamamaktadır ancak diğer malzemeler temel olarak mevcuttur."

"Location was great. Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?  Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel. The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again."

"The Hotel room was clean. Very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Would like to have an extra bathroom with the number of people we had. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to others."

"For the price point and the location you cannot beat it. In my opinion. I have not stayed at a smaller place. I just stick with a larger brand in which I know will have a certain level of quality. It's really not far from the beach. It's down a bit from the main shopping area but totally walkable. I think it's a great deal. I've stayed there twice now and I stayed in another place for nine days that's in the area and I would never go back to that one so the fact I keep going back is a very good sign that the value and the location Are great . My lifestyle as I go out and I have activities outside and I kinda use this as a base where I'd rest. I'm not dining there. I'm not really going to the shows. Maybe I'll use the pool. That said it's great it's comfortable it's clean."

"Schönes Hotel im Herzen Honolulus. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber leider war der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Nachbargebäude und es gab keinen Aufzug. Der Check-In dauerte recht lange und der Barkeeper war auch recht mürrisch. Das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen."
