The stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean with excellent amenities.The hotel staffs were attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent free breakfast and afternoon tea were included. Access to the beach and pool was a short walk.

Останавливались в этом отеле 11 лет назад и вот вернулись в семейный номер. Сама инфраструктура, конечно, уже не современная, ремонт устарел как морально, так и физически. Но постельное, полотенца, халаты - всё чистое,белое, косметика хорошая, мне даже шампунь+кондиционер зашел, волосы осветвленные не торчали. На завтраке очень людно было, но, наверно, это связано с католическим Рождеством. Территория хорошая, большая, ландшафтный дизайн. 2 бассейна. Джакузи бесплатно на 30 минут резервируется, я не поняла, это в день или можно больше. Добирались на такси. До Лотте 80 000 донгов. До Surf4you 110 000. До центра, где покушать, 35 000. Бронировала через приложение такси Максим. От пребывания муж остался в восторге. Мне все-таки нравятся отели посвежее. Но сервис отличный.

Positives…Amazing location, right on the beach. We had great views from our room. It’s in a good location to walk along the beach or up the fairy river.  Negatives…the hotel looks good in photos but close up it was not as clean as we would hope for. The breakfast was very average and a lot of flies around. Also the place was full of people on a photo shoot!!

Hotel is very beautiful! The stuff is sooo heplfull and nice! We are really very grateful to the people who work there! The rooms are exact the same as on photos, not very big but beautifil with all neccessery things One minus is food, because it's good enough if you stay for several days days like 3-5 days, but we stayed for two weeks and ended up with either pho bo (which by the way is SUPER GOOD) or two eggs with bread, alternating each day and a salad. Because the other two sandwiches are very simple and you wouldn't want to eat them more than twice, and the fish dishes are not suitable for everyone. But that's more up to the hotel manager who decides what dishes should be on the menu. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs weren't just plain, but at least like the ones they offer on Sundays. Second minus is noizes - we lived in corner room and we heard everyone in the morning, children yelling in the pool at 7 am, the street, and people who were just entering the territory and talking because our room is basically in the entering zone. It could be great at least close gate for the night and add rule with big letters close to the pool to stay queit al least until 8 am, not everyone wants to wake up early in the vacation

Проживали в отеле семь дней. Ещё раз останавливаться там не будем.Отель у ,дороги , очень шумно. Как таковой территории у отеля нет, три корпуса и узкие дорожки. Лестница к морю очень не удобная. Персонал приветливый . Завтраки не плохие, но когда гостей много выбор блюд больше.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay

Отель уютный, очень не большой. Персонал любезный, заботливый. Завтракать лучше через дорогу в фошнице, или кофейне С круассанами , пойдя 300 метров вправо)))) пляжа как такового нет, бассейн на четверых) но мы приехали с собакой, поэтому на все ,, но,, закрыли глаза. В душевой проблемы с функционалом смесителей и у нас и в номере наших друзей..... Жить можно, но отдыхать не очень....))))

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
