"It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭"

There's a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, and kettles are available in the common areas on the 1st and G floors, so you can bring them back to your room to boil water. Getting a taxi right outside is easy and the location is accurate. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. I've been indulging in durians for a few days in Ipoh, and I'm very satisfied!"

"Reasons for the low service rating: 1. Host did not initiate contact with me regarding booking information. I have to send them a message to inquire for a booking that I had already paid for. 2. Host requires a RM200 deposit which my friend who had booked with a different host at the exact same location did not demand. 3. After making the deposit payment in the morning at 10.30am and providing all other information requested, host did not respond to provide any additional information such as unit number and pin code for to retrieve access card. 4. At 5pm when I had finally arrived at the building, I still had not received any form of communication from the host. I had attempted to call their service line (+601157651449) but no one responded to the 6 calls that I had made. 5. At the mailbox area, I had also overheard another visitor that was also facing similar issue where the pin provided to her was not working and that she was also not getting response from the host. 6. Host offered late checkout that I did not need as I was departing early morning the next day. The building is relatively new but the number of lift does not cater to the residents, there are many occasions where we had to skip multiple lift rides as it was overcrowded. The unit itself is clean with basic amenities."

"Check in time was 1500 but we arrived early and they managed to find the earliest rooms and view was just near to pool! Thank you 🙏! Appreciated. Rooms were clean and tidy! Breakfast spread at the cafe was good too with multinational food. Waiters always there to help with you dirty culteries and coffee requests even though it’s self service."

I accidentally left my RM100 deposit at the reception counter, and she immediately informed me and made sure I got it back. "Location is amazing just beside Lost world of tambun. Cleanliness was BAD toilet door was dirty did not clean...... and service was bad. Started off by waiting in a long line to register with the guard to show the Qr Code that the Host have generated. When it was finally my turn the Qr code is not working as its an old qr code so the guard system shows someone else have already register. After that host did not reply me for more than 10mins , I saw another person having same issue and the guard pointed to the uncle over there which is the Host staff and just confirming yes its our name who booked and the guard let us in to take our keys in the mailbox. Not sure why this airbnb does not provide tissue paper ..."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! The unit was clearly NOT ready for guests. The DOOR was BROKEN and could not be properly closed, completely compromising our privacy and security. There was also NO INTERNET connection, and we couldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi to log in to Netflix. To make matters worse, the place was extremely NOISY due to ONGOING CONSTRUCTION. When we contacted the staff, it took far TOO LONG to resolve the issues. Because of poor communication among their team, we were REPEATEDLY DISTURBED by staff knocking on our door for the same unresolved problem. This unit should never have been listed for booking before these basic issues were fixed. Very disappointed!!!"

"The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh."
