"This guesthouse boasts a beautiful and tranquil location right in the city center, yet it's peaceful as it's not on a main road, avoiding the noise of traffic. Our family of three stayed in a triple room on the first floor. Although there's a lounge directly across from our window, the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't disturbed by any noise. The toilet and bathroom were clean, hygienic, and spacious. It would be even better if hand soap was provided. I particularly want to praise the beds – they perfectly supported our bodies, and when my partner turned over, it barely disturbed me. The pillows were soft and comfortable. Self check-in was simple and easy. I requested an extra room card, and the person in charge was happy to provide it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"The room is a bit old, but it was still clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The water pressure in the shower was very strong, but unfortunately there didn't seem to be any hot water, so the shower was quite cold. What concerned me the most was the security. After checking in, the staff gave me my room key and I went into my room to rest. A short while later, someone suddenly unlocked and opened my room door. It was quite shocking. I went to the front desk to find out what had happened, and they told me they had accidentally given another guest the wrong room key. Although it was an honest mistake, I felt quite unsafe knowing someone else could enter my room. I hope the hotel will improve its room key management to prevent this from happening again."

It’s extremely convenient (less than a kilometre to Ipoh High court), clean, nearly refurbished! On top of that, there’s a 7Eleven at the Lobby of the Hotel. Highly recommend to any lawyers from other states who travels on a regular basis to attend Ipoh High Court and needs to stay for at least one night."

"The hotel's exterior is new and fresh, and the room is bright and comfortable with a modern, 'cyber' design. The toilet in the bathroom is state-of-the-art, and the in-room electronic system is very convenient to use. The lobby staff were all smiles, attentive, and friendly. The hotel is located near the city center, less than a ten-minute drive away, which is very convenient. For Ipoh, Malaysia, this hotel is definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!"

"The interior of the room is extremely impressive. All the equipment has been carefully crafted and it does indeed feel like a bali when i enter this hotel. The koi pond is such a brilliant idea! The lovely receptionist lady welcome us with a great hospitality and they provide choice of breakfast to be sent to the room as well. Food is delicious and they have choices for vegetarian as well They gave a complimentary fish food for the koi fishes. They have spa and massages as well. I will certainly come here again soon ☺️ I just love the vibe of this hotel And thank you for the upgrade dear Ipoh Bali Hotel Team ❤️"
