"I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the fantastic location so close to Ipoh’s city center. The furniture and facilities are in pristine, new condition (opened 2026), which made for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing details: 1. The toothpaste was unusable. The cap couldn't pierce the foil seal and snapped off when we applied pressure. Both of our sets had this design flaw. 2. Trip.com shows the wrong location; it sent us to the neighboring apartment instead of this one, making it stressful to find the exact location. Everything else was great, and I would come back, but I hope these two issues are fixed soon."

"The hotel is surrounded by mountains, offering beautiful views and fresh air. The room was also clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. Since the hotel is located in Ipoh, it would be great to include more local specialities, such as Ipoh white coffee, bean sprout chicken, and other famous Ipoh dishes. This would make the breakfast experience more memorable and give guests a taste of the local cuisine."

"If you don't necessarily need to stay together, it's better to choose one of the two one-bedroom suites. The total area is actually about the same. The so-called "two bedrooms" just means there's an extra small room and a so-called "queen" bed. We (two adults and two children) couldn't fit everything, so we paid an extra 180 MYR for a single bed. However, the one-bedroom suite allows you to convert the sofa into a bed for free, and it's even bigger than the queen bed. Everything else is fine; it has a refrigerator and microwave. Because it's relatively remote, you can go to town to buy groceries, put them in the refrigerator, and then reheat them in the microwave. The salt-baked chicken was great. By the way, breakfast is 38 MYR, which I think is good value. You can order à la carte; the local set menu changes daily, and you can order American-style breakfast every day."
